GO Outdoors - Newton Abbot (Express) Avis

Amazing service from Tom, Jo and Islay(?) today at the Newton Abbot store. Really helpful and extremely welcoming. They are a credit to the company.

I’m very happy with the amazing service I was given today by all the staff at this store especially Tom who was very attentive to my needs and I’m very grateful for that! Will definitely be shopping again

I had a problem with boots purchased nine month ago from Millits. Abbi bent over backwards to help resolve the issue and just replaced them without a question about use etc. She is so knowledgable about the products and helped me choose a new pair and talked me through some trainers I shall purchase soon. Great staff, great shop.

Bumped into a member of staff outside called Abby, explained how my daughter's shoes for outdoor school had broken and we desperately had to get a new pair before her taxi arrived at 9am. Abby took down her shoe size and our budget and got us a pair ready on the till for bang on opening time and my daughter got to wear her new shoes straight away! What a legend 🤟

The staff was helpful and share money saving tips during my visit. I was able to find everything I needed and more

Abbi and Jo at newton abbot Go Outdoors helped me find what I needed on two separate occasions. They knew about the products what they were selling which made me purchase them. I am really happy with my purchases.

We visited the newton Abbot Go Outdoors (Express) store; very friendly and helpful staff and made purchases.

Walking boots for £45... Wow! And they are partially leather and fully waterproof! Really good value, and great service. So nice to have all this in my local town too!

I came in here last week looking to buy a new coat, Abbi was quick to help. She seemed to know a lot about the product and answered all of my questions with very useful information. She was also very smiley and very good at what she does. Staff are lovely, should definitely visit

The branch manager Jo and assistant Abbi, were extremely helpful and informative. They found the perfect product for me and I could not be happier with it and the price.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable assistant. Excellent product at a very good price

Good shop layout and atmosphere. A member of staff quickly came to my aid. She was friendly and helpful and was knowledgable about the products. She guided me through the range of walking boots and told me about the offers and discounts currently available. I was served quickly and efficiently at the till by another colleague. Happy to shop here again!

Went into the new GO Outdoors store in Newton Abbot and was a bit confused with the members prices but Billy and Abi were brilliant and helped me understand. Couldn’t be more happy!
