No goods no refund
I was told my delivery would be instore on the friday. It wasnt. I requested a refund and still not received it! Poor customer service

Lovely staff at collection
Member of staff was there immediately at the collection point
They were so polite, genuinely cheerful and couldn't do enough. A credit to your company.
On the negative side, the store is very bright and open with no directions to the collection point on the ground floor. Overwhelming for anyone who is not neuro-positive.
Also the lift. An awful contraption. Like it was made by a student for a school science project! 😆😆
