Would not reccomend , I ordered an item to collect from store , over a week with no updates so I called them to be told my item has been waiting to be collected for several days , didn't bother to let me know my item was ready which is what they told me upon ordering , asked the staff on collecting and they said oh not everyone is trained on how to recieve deliveries so it wasn't booked in correctly which is why I didn't get a email, not good enough , it was a gift that was 6 days late , customer service didn't seem to care when I called them to find my item just told me to go and get it and I cant cancel the order id need to go and collect it and them immediately return it, awful customer service and generally poor experience

Lovely store, lovely peeps..

I needed some new bits and pieces, waterproof jacket and walking boots. Matt was extremely helpful when it came to choosing a pair of walking boots.
