The staff member Giannis was very helpful when I was looking for an item and then gladly led me to the changing rooms after I had found what I was looking for. Very pleased with the service I received, no complaints to make about it at all.

Choice of walking boots and Matt your assistant was great, nothing was too much trouble, he explained the product well and couldn't have been more helpful all round! Thank you!

Went to browse airtents as not sure what size or make was right for us. As we had a budget not certian it was feasable. Found a good selection in price range, fully explain by Matt who was very informative,knowledgable with a warm friendly yet proffessional approach. We came away having renewed membership and bought not just tent but a great package all within our budget. A fantastic outcome which allowed us to book our next adventure whilst sitting with a cold drink before heading home. Thankyou Matt you saved us so much time, as we would have gone round many camping shops doing the comparisons ourselves, instead of a short sunday visit which got us fully set up.

I went in for some boots and a sales assistant called Jess approached me right away. She was super friendly and helpful and I was out of there, with a pair of boots I was very happy with, in less than 10 minutes.

Very big store with everything you could need. Great selection of boots and hiking assessor it’s which is what I was specifically looking for. More specifically the staff were the absolute greatest. Amazing staff, shout out to Alall who was genuinely the kindest and most helpful employee I’ve ever met. He gave an amazing recommendation for boots I should get and I can confirm that the boots he recommended are incredible. Overall amazing store can’t praise it enough

I visited Go Outdoors in Tamworth to get equipment for my hike in the Alps.
As I was browsing the rucksacks, Imogen approached me and asked if I needed help. She then helped me to choose the size I needed, even suggesting I get my smaller, old one from the car to compare, which I did.
I didn't feel pressured but supported.
Thanks so much Imogen, I will definitely be continuing my outdoor purchases here :)

I went in needing a few different bits for my DofE expedition. I am extremely fussy and quite particular about what I like, but I must say, the staff were excellent, kind and helpful. I visited every single department and got all the same help. I was so grateful. A massive thank you to Willow, Courtney, Jess H and to Imogen. Thank you for your patience and for your expertise.

I went to purchase a small backpack and waterproofing agents. It helps to be a member, as there are good discounts available. Matt was very helpful when it came to choosing my pack options.

Decided to do a spontaneous hike up Snowdon something I’ve never done before so I had no idea what I was buying. Matt however made it a great experience in the store and I will defo be back if I get the bug and want to get into camping. Thanks again Matt you were brilliant.

I popped to the GoOutdoors shop in Tamworth for some supplies for Sports Day : cooling box, 3 chairs and picnic table .

Liam kindly explained difference between the cooling boxes , showcased chairs and helped me pick the right size for the picnic table. But the best part- he was a gentlemen and helped me to bring all the goods to my car!

A young man called Matt was very helpful when we were deciding which camping table to purchase. Even letting us have a look at it out of the box.
