I visited Torquay store today
I visited Torquay store today, upon my arrival I was greeted as usual by a good morning from a smiling member of the team. I found what I was looking for and was so happy when I say the 65% discount. Holly served me and was an absolute delight, very helpful and personable. Well done to all the team the service is consistently excellent.

Desperately seeking Sandals
Stocks were low on summer footwear but the very helpful assistant Rick was able to present both trainers and sandals which fitted well and were the colour I wanted
I purchased both at a very reasonable discounted price
I havenow tried them at home and they will do the job very well, being comfortable and well made
I am always impressed with Go outdoors and this experience underlined the value choice and service which they provide

5 stars for Rick! He helped me choose out some fabulous shoes, that not only make it so i’m not slipping over everywhere, but also gave me advice on which ones were the most fashionable. everyone else was also very helpful but rick truly went above and beyond for me :)

Website easy to use
Website easy to use, but did not get any tracking email, so did not know when it turned up at the shop I was picking it up from. When I did pick it up, it came in 3 separate parcels? Will not order again

Amazing customer service
Holly was so lovely and helped me and my boyfriend in the store by checking stock for us. Unfortunately there wasn’t the right size butter us know the closest store we could go to find them. When paying at the end she helped us with finding the student discount and was so friendly - such a great interaction thank you!!

Superb
My experience visiting the store was super pub, signed up to be a member which gave me a huge saving. Employee Lewis was very comical friendly man that served us.
Another person helped us locate what we wanted as soon as we arrived in the store.
So really pleased with the products we bought

Walking shoes
I bought a pair of walking shoes for an upcoming event, a hat to go with it, and a t-shirt for the gym. A store employee, Tyler, helped me select the right shoes. I've visited this store twice, and received good service both times.

The place for gas bottles and friendly staff!
Tried everywhere for some bbq gas and thankfully found it at GO Outdoors, the staff member Holly was so helpful and also renewed my membership which saved me a bit of money and then another member of staff (I didn’t get his name) helped me load the full bottle of gas in my car. 10/10 guys! Thanks so much.
