We bought our first tent today, we found one that we loved and we were served by a man called Leon, who was just went above and beyond, gave us advice about other products but didn’t force us to buy them and told us the best time of year for use. thank you

A very pleasant shopping experience

A great variety of camping equipment for first timers and no pressure to buy expensive items, just honest advice. Holly on the till was super friendly, a real credit to the store.

The staff at the Torquay store are amazing. Very helpful and always very friendly. My favourite go to store now. Have bought all my camping gear from here down to the fact that the staff are all amazing. From the managers to the guys on the tills to the floor staff. Lovely girl helped me with getting the right awning the other day. Just love buying from this store. Im virtually in there every week now. Cant praise enough.
