These guys have made and installed a bespoke shed that is absolutely superb. Exceeded my own expectations and is such good value. This is a solid product and looks stunning. Never thought I would say that about a shed! This will be standing long after I have gone.

Gorilla Sheds were really good. I was looking to buy a shed for a reasonable price without faff, and after looking at the website, I ordered via the phone which was a simple call to make, and a few weeks later the shed was delivered and installed in under an hour. The shed is well made, with proper glass windows, and looks really good, and the service was streamlined and efficient. I would highly recommend this service.

Extremely happy with the service and product provided. I ordered an 8x5 Pent Shed with all the heavy duty extras to ensure the shed will not need to be replaced for a significant amount of time, along with the plastic eco base and my current concrete base was not draining rain water away which caused the floor of my old shed to rot. Contacting Gorrilla Sheds was extremely easy and the order was placed and booked in the space of a single phone call. The building materials of the shed are top notch, with all timber being of Grades quality, not your typical recycled fence panels you'll get on an off the shelf Shed from Homebase or the like. The chaps turned up on time and did not hang around in putting the shed up with no fuss or issues. I noticed the truck was extremely shiny too, which always instills confidence to a customer in my book.
I also found the price for the Shed to be extremely reasonable, as many other places will charge far more for far less in terms of quality and value.

I was recommended Gorrilla Sheds by a colleague and I will continue to do the same.

Great professional service for installation of my new shed. They came on the day booked, despite the pouring rain and a need to raise the shed as our concrete base was too low. This problem was dealt without fuss as was fixing a guttering system for our existing water butt. Would thoroughly recommend them and their partner companies that dismantled our old shed and the electrical company for the sockets we needed.

The day of the intended installation date, our very wide 40` tree came down in high winds. This blocked access to our garden site for the 2nd 16 x 8 shed ordered from this supplier. Not being one to make a drama out of a crisis, the owner, Richard Lincoln, responded swiftly to our emergency call. Using a chainsaw he cleared an access path to the site and worked with and around the tree surgeon we also had to call. My 2nd shed, to my own design, was installed on time, with quality of materials, unique screwbase construction and high finish well within daylight hours that day. It is an example of Gorilla Shed`s customer service that all this was achieved despite unexpected events. As a client I was mightily impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ordered a shed from Richard of Gorilla Sheds and he with his team erected it within the space of 2 hours on 2/9/22. Very pleased with the quality of materials and construction. Really nice guys and top class service.
I notice that some customers have criticised this business for being difficult to communicate with, and I now realise is because they are out of the office and not available.
Richard is more of a hands on guy rather than a office worker, playing on the computer, answering emails and the phone all day. Just the sort of chap you want putting your shed up.

These guys are GREAT! I cannot fault the quality of my new shed that looks like a summer house, I cannot fault how they work, their efficiency, their friendliness and the value for money. I didn’t realise a person could get so excited about a shed. Thank you so much.

We are extremely happy with our shed and ground screw base. This was the most affordable company we could find (by a considerable way) and yet also fantastic quality. This showed how expensive the other companies were! We also liked how transparent they were with materials etc and we were allowed to personalise our shed.

The base and shed were installed easily withing a few hours, with no problems.

I HAVE HAD THIS SHED FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND SAD TO SAY THAT ITS DELVELOPING FAULTS , AS WITH ANY SUCH PURCHASE YOU EXPECT THAT THE COMPANY THAT YOU USE WOUDLD HAVE SOME AFTERCARE ON THEIR PRODUCTS THAT THEY PRODUCE . SADLY NOT GORILLA SHEDS NAMELY RICHARD . I HAVE CONTACTED HIM 3 TIMES THROUGH WHATS APP AND HIS READ ALL THE MESSAGES AND HAS DECIDED TO IGNORE HIS DUTY OF CARE AND REPLY TO HIS CUSTOMERS. I HAVE NOTICED UNFORTUNATELY , AFTER MY PURCHASE THAT HE DOESNT OFFER ANY PRODUCT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES ON HIS WEBSITE OR ON HIS SALES INVOICE HE WILL OF COURSE POINT OUT THAT ALL HIS INSTALLS HAVE ISSUES AND CHALLENGES DUE TO THE SLIGHTLY UNEVEN SURFACES THAT ANY 3RD PARTY HAS BUILT , THIS IS SIMPLY A LOAD OF OLD “CODSWALLUP” AND IS MENTIONED IN MOST OF HIS BUILDS THAT THEY OVERCOME STEEP SLOPES , UNEVEN SURFACES . MY BASE WAS PUT IN BY A PROFESSIONAL BASE LAYER AND SHOWED ME IT WAS DEAD LEVEL FOR THE SHED . ITS JUST A COPOUT ! FROM GORILLA SHEDS , BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS COMPANY, IF THERE IS ANY ISSUES AS WE HAVE HAD IN A SHORT PERIOD ( 3 WEEKS ) YOUR WILL NOT HAVE ANY AFTER SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GORILLA SHEDS . THEY WILL BE GONE !

Below you will see that he has said that he gave me the option of getting the base which had no issue rectified and he would return in the future to complete the install at an additional cost . This conversation didn't take place and therefore not offered. He seems to indicate that he can tell that a base is not level , but he refused the offer of me given him my spirit level to prove it was level ..he claims that he doesn't use whatsapp ..really Richard ? I suggest that you check the comments you replied to me t on WhatsApp regarding when I made payment to you on the 28th and 29th July

Regarding my neighbours property. I explained the situation at the time of order that we need to go through some communal flats garden and raise a fence panel to access my property . It's not my problem that you choose to forgot this , or it would be an issue for you , it didn't seem to be at time of taking my order and money.

Lastly, I suggest you take a customer care course, you can't ignore your customers when there is an issue with your products. It's not professional.
So basically No aftercare or any guarantees from Gorilla sheds , it is not the way the 21st century works .

Placed my order over the phone. All booked in ok and a deposit taken. Arrived on the day that had been arranged and erected shed in 10 minutes! Amazing!

I really would recommend Gorilla Sheds. First class job. They built and installed a summer house exactly to my specification and located it to the inch in my garden! Absolutely no problems as they turned up as planned and did a professional job with no mess. Really friendly and polite too. Well done to them!

Gorilla Sheds provided me with an excellent service. I ordered a 16x8 summerhouse and base and the work was completed on the due date to an excellent standard. Using the screw base system meant that there was no mess and the entire job was done in less than a day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. So refreshing to meet a tradesman who actually sticks to his word and does what he says. Richard was very professional highly skilled and knowledgeable about his trade, a pleasure to deal with. He gave us an honest assessment and was extremely approachable and accommodating to my many questions and requests. Everything was transparent from the off and paperwork was clear and timely. Work was finished to a high quality, neat and looked amazing. I cannot praise them enough. Would highly recommended, straight forward, no stress, no messing around.
