AVOID!!! worst company I have ever been with in my 13 years of driving! Rang up on a Saturday after being on hold for an hour to be told they are to busy and I have to call back Monday. Monday today and I have been sat on HOLD 3 HOURS!!! absolute joke, I will be cancelling my policy as soon as I can, can’t collect my new van until change of details, yet can’t get through to change it? Asked on the phone on Saturday if i can do it online via portal, to be answered with “I don’t know ring back Monday”

WORST COMPANY EVERY!!!!

I'm delighted to renew my insurance through GYC for another year; their premiums are always competitive, while providing a tailored policy that meets my requirements, and their customer service is always exceptional. I believe this is now the fourth time I've reviewed GYC on Trustpilot; I've used them for several years, and I've always been incredibly happy with their service. Today, I spoke with the lovely Matt; he called to remind me my policy is due for renewal soon and, as today was my first day back from holiday, he pre-empted the reminder I'd set for myself to call to GYC this afternoon. Although I was unable to speak with Matt when he first called, I asked if he could call back at a certain time, which he did, as promised. We had a thorough conversation about the new insurance policy, and I renewed with GYC once more. I have no hesitation in recommending GYC to others, and will likely continue to renew with them in future. Many thanks again for all your help today, Matt; you're a star!

I waited over 60 minutes to speak with some body about my paper work regarding my car insurance policy they still didn't answer the phone to me

First time i called this company to set up an insurance quote for my car. Everyone is talking about how great the agents were to speak to. I waited over an hour on the phone and finally gave up, more than an hour just to speak to an agent. And that, i would have been a potential new customer. What a joke. Dont advertise your quotes if people cannot even get in touch with you. Made me feel like i rather pay more than wait an hour for a cheaper deal. And thats exactly what i did. Less anxiety and more action.

Been waiting to speak to someone for nearly 3 hours for a change of vehicle on the policy after purchasing a new vehicle, had to find someone to collect my son from school, because couldn’t drive without being insured ridiculous
