Very pleased with MacPro but screw not fitted properly and power cable/socket dirty. Attention to detail needed. However, would buy again from them on price.

Just a laptop
Just wanted a laptop to apply for jobs etc. They have a great range of refurbished laptops at very low prices.
They tell you exactly what to expect from your machine and don't disguise anything.
Really pleased with my purchase, does exactly what i want it to.

The laptop arrived very quickly in immaculate packaging. The laptop itself looks and runs as if it’s brand new and for a fantastic price. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from here again.

Battery Problem
hi i love he wimdows 10 laptop but the battery is not ood at all .It has to e charged everyday at all times.it runs down very quickly.Thank you

Thank you for the review, however we are a little disappointed that you have offered us only 2 stars in your review of our service when you have explained you are unhappy with the product's battery not our service.
In addition, all batteries of laptops would need to be charged every day, they do not last for days without charge especially when in use. An average battery life is around 2-3 hours usually and refurbished products are generally less than this also.

My 2nd laptop bought from these guys, every thing on website is as listed from upgrade to descriptions warranty, i did have a faulty battery on 2nd laptop, as i took a chance not to upgrade battery, but because it lasted less the 30 minute, as stated in there policy, got a new battery DELIVERED FOC! 1st class company and very helpful on phone when i needed them.

My recent laptop purchase
I am over the moon with my laptop at the moment and all is well. It's everything I needed and I was able to set it up very easily, and move my information over from my older one.
The laptop is much easier to use than my other laptop and less cumbersome. I would recommend this company to anyone, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. Very happy with the service.

4 Purchases in 2 years
I have bought 4 laptops from Grabalaptop in the last couple of years. 1st one had a problem and was swapped swiftly for a fully-working model with a minimum of fuss. The other 3 (used for work machines) were as described and I haven't had a single issue with them. Suffice to say when we need more machines, at work or home, I know where I'll be buying them from. Highly recommended

Great customer service laptop dispatched as promised. Great back up when it developed a slight fault 2 months later which was swiftly resolved over the phone. Have brought from them previously and will do again.

There was a problem with the first computer I ordered (Thinkpad X240), the help desk service was super efficient and very courteous, and all was resolved in less than 10 minutes. Got sent a new laptop and they also picked up the old one. You can order with confidence!
