I am absolutely DELIGHTED with my laptop. Your service is excellent and I will definitely buy another one from you when necessary. I will also recommend you to friends & family.
The packaging was excellent, the delivery was just about on time and the laptop itself is in much better condition that I had expected. My reason for purchase was to get a Windows 7 machine that is faster than my old laptop. I really don't like Windows 10. Thank you so much!

I would just like to point out so others are aware that when you state your laptop did not have Windows, what you actually mean is the program Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) in which are programs that do not come with Windows.
Windows is on every machine that we ship from our building, this is the Operating System and it's required for any use of a Laptop.
Unfortunately as an Authorised Refurbisher for Microsoft we are not allowed to sell the license of MS Office without bundling it with a Computer, this is why you were informed that unfortunately as you did not opt to purchase Office at the time you placed your order, we were unable to supply it thereafter.
We were not being unsympathetic, we were merely following rules
However, with that said we are disappointed to hear that you were not too happy with the cosmetic condition of the laptop, please do be in touch and send us some pictures as if we feel this item is in unacceptable condition we would only be too happy to swap it for you and at this point as we are readying a new machine for you, we may well be able to help with MS Office

Good website, called company for clarification of a couple of points before placing order. Computer arrived on time and fired up straightaway. No issues. My son had bought a computer from this supplier previously (4 years ago 'ish) and has had no issues. I'd recommend.

SOLENT LAPTOPS LTD ABSOLUTELY GREAT
Bought a Lenovo X230 from Solent Laptops LTD. The product had minor imperfections which is normal and acceptable on a refurbished product.I had a minor issue when it arrived with the wifi card,I called them up. They sent me the bar code with the address to send it back. They fixed the issue straight away and they sent me back the laptop. Excellent product and great customer service.
I am very happy and would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a powerful laptop at a great price.

Taken delivery today of a refurbished Lenovo Laptop. Found service overall excellent, delivery tight and packaging thorough, and the product exactly as ordered, clean and tidy.
An impressive service all round, and would recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a Dell Latitude E6430 with…
Ordered a Dell Latitude E6430 with 120gb SSD due to fast chip set for around £220 - is equivalent speed to more modern Dells for around £800 - price was very good, communication and customer service was very good and the machine itself is exactly what i wanted - very fast and able to multi task with ease and it has minimal (1 4mm crack and a bit of a scuff) cosmetic damage, nothing important is damaged , it looks good, performs well and comes with 1 year warranty - would definitely recommend and would use again
