Would have given this no stars but it…
Would have given this no stars but it wouldn’t let me. I have owned my exercise machine for two days the welding broke while using it which has caused me to have a back injury and be laid of work. Their response was disgusting and poorly. I have being in touch with reporters and we are doing a story on this. This was bought though the warehouse. The warehouse toke down there product of there website and said that it was a safety hazard but yet grab one wants to do nothing about it but to have it returned so a test on it and then proberly not get back to me or make it be on my fault. I am only 52kgs and super little so this machine is a piece of s**t it’s grabstore abdominal machine

A very disappointing purchase of a bird…
A very disappointing purchase of a bird cage after not quite a year the stand frame come apart. Not the best quality material. Refused replacement because of numerous contributing factors!
None of which mentioned! Certainly not an over weight bird. Please be aware.

I can’t give Grabstore more than 1 star as I have received nothing more than acknowledgement of my order. As far as I know my it hasn’t even been shipped.
Since writing this review have received the machine, but it doesn’t alter the fact that I didn’t find the service as satisfactory as would have liked, and I am considering returning the machine; as there was no reply from Grabstore i ordered one from a different
supplier and I don’t need two. In the meantime I have upped the star rating to 3.

Apologies for any inconvenience. Your order was shipped the same day and delivered within 3 working days. Due to its size, it took 3 days; smaller items can be delivered overnight.

The delivery was quick, bought the mini stepper over the Christmas period and got it within a couple of days. Happy with what I bought too.

Good experience
Good experience. One part of my order failed to work so I emailed customer support. I had a response within an hour or so and follow up replacement was very soon on its way. I'd have no hesitation on dealing with Grabstore in the future.

Item was not worth the price and the screws were missing there was no instruction manual and I would never recommend buying anything from this site. Customer service is automated worst ever!
