Grabstore Avis 

So I thought I was purchasing from another company, it was under their banner, turns out no, it's from temu going buy the video link I was sent by grabstore to help figure out how to setup. 3M filters included in the online advertisement don't even fit the cartridges, all documentation in Chinese, consumer care from grabstore sent a video link to YouTube to help me work out the setup as stated above. So the best filters you can get don't even fit the item, I'd say that's false advertising, also the actual place I bought from isn't stated in description. All round a crap experience.

False advertising. Product different from what’s online.

Item purchased missing parts which they claim does not include them, despite it stating so in manual and on the box. Extremely poor customer service. Do not deal with these fraudsters!

Good shopping experience, reasonable pricing

Purchased an Airless Paint Sprayer , No instuctions in English how to assemble and use the unit. Watched a you tube video , some guy in Aussie made with an identical sprayer , i had assembled mine in the same manor, Ive told the Seller of the fault and explained where i think the fault is, Pressure control knob, cannot be moved by hand as you would expect,No pressure registering on the gauge, need to use polygrips to get it to move.
Ive told them that twice and im getting told to make a video to demonstrate the problem . It would be a short video with a lot of swearing in it . Ive asked for details of a service agent , they cant supply , ive asked for a mailing address so i can send it back .
Not supplied either. ive since hired another airless sprayer to paint my house roof at a cost of $300. 00, crap service. and no refund. Need to try a lot harder.

Your courier has not delivered my purchase.
They have held it since 01/05/2024 at their Auckland depot (it is now the 6th) and were not polite nor helpful when asked about it.
Otherwise it would have been five stars.
After complaints with the courier it was finally delivered battered but was okay when unpacked.

good product could improve on initial communications.

Charging extra for rural delivery on a letter sized parcel which our posty would have delivered ... is that really necessary?

Fast turnaround. Product of low quality and was not really fit for purpose. The second item did not work at all ( dead in the packet). Grabstore response was to ask me to return it at my cost and had the audacity to tell me the minimum standards required. Eventually refunded purchase price on failed unit.
Beware of quality and trying it on where retail law is concerned. I will not deal with them in future. (Purchased online through Dick Smith).
