Got my new glasshouse and am delighted. My son got one from the Greenhouse people and recommended them so I ordered mine from them. I talked to Paul on the phone and he explained the differences in the models and was very honest, no hard sales involved. I was given a delivery date at time of order and that's when it came, delivered by a lovely man. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Thank you for all your help.

Outstanding from the begining. Fast order turnaround and great communication.
When I had an issue, which turned out to be me entirely misunderstanding something, the staff answered my call responsively, and called me back immediately when they couldn't answer the phone.
The even sent parts free of that it turns out I didn't need due to my misunderstanding. It was quickly resolved with a face-time demonstration. Chapeau! High recommended company.

I called the 0800 number today (a Sunday) and was put through to a lovely lady in Staines. Sue Cheeseman gave me the advice I needed on accessories for our lovely Robinsons greenhouse, and managed to offer a bit of a reduction in price as return customers. Very happy customer. Sue was a delight to deal with: knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We have had excellent customer support in all our dealings with this company.

We were not able to visit a site to view the greenhouses but once we found the one we liked online, Paul sent us all the options, information, images and specifications needed for us to make our choice. What a great company. We had been looking for a shed for some time. Couldnt find either the right style, size or something that would fit in our budget.

Just popped into Dobbies at Ponteland for a quick look around to avoid the traffic and bought a shed.

First meet Paul when we walked around the sheds and garden houses and had shed envy thinking that everything was out of our price range. Paul never even mentioned the sheds just made big fuss of our little one eye dog Nancy.

We had a walk over to the wooden sheds and looked twice. We have hit the jackpot, there was the shed that we wanted pent roof, perfect size, solid construction and we could afford it.

Saw Paul again and bought it, cant wait for the delivery date, to get it installed and transform our garden.

Can highly recommend, no pushy sales talk, great quality products and affordable prices.

Jason from The Greenhouse People Staines was wonderful. He patiently explained the vagaries of various greenhouses and we landed on a Simplicity Orangery. When it came to delivery, there were some missing parts, but they were immediately corrected by the Head Office. I would highly recommend Jason and The Greenhouse People in Staines.

All our dealings with the Greenhouse People have been great. Nothing has been too much trouble. They gave us guidance about choosing the installer and put back our order by a month when the base wasn't ready without any problem. The greenhouse is of a superb standard and even the installer loved it. Looking forward to many years of use and enjoyment.

Ordered a Victorian Rugby Greenhouse. Set aside this bank holiday weekend to put it up, having had a dwarf wall build. Quickly realised that there were parts missing, a total of 18, so not just the odd one. There were 5 extra parts that must be for a different size of greenhouse. Took hours and hours to figure all this out as the parts are not labelled so you have to identify them from the profile and by measuring the length. Also 17 of the parts we had received had patchy powder coating with bare metal showing. Staff very pleasant and apologetic over the phone but as they've discontinued this colour, is going to take several weeks to get the parts that we need. Very disappointing for such an expensive greenhouse.

We bought a Hercules Trafalgar from the Greenhouse People in Ditchling. I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasurable buying experiences I have ever had. This was down to Jon. Informative, knowledgeable, helpful and in no way "a pushy salesman". I was uncertain as to which greenhouse to go for and with Jon's help, my focus was narrowed to the one we eventually purchased. The delivery guy, all the way from Stoke I believe, was also brilliant and placed the parts where I wanted them. I had thought of putting it together myself and I'm sure many people do. However, it takes me several hours to put up a shelf so I opted for one of their top fitters, Mark, who also laid the base on one day and a couple of weeks later came back to install the Greenhouse in less than a day. (I would have taken a week). A nice guy. Very diligent, skilled and hardworking.
Altogether, I would recommend Jon and the Ditchling branch of The Greenhouse People and would not hesitate to use them again.

We were helped by Jason at the Staines site who was very informative but not pushy. There were a good variety of greenhouses and sheds to view all of which were in good condition (some places we've been to have very tired looking display models which are past their best). We purchased a shed and the process was very smooth. We are now looking forward to delivery.

We recieved our greenhouse today and although I can't comment on it yet as it hasn't been erected. I want to comment about the delivery man Jack. He was a delight to have at the house, polite and extremely helpful. So far our whole experience with the company has been excellent. I will review the greenhouse once it is fully installed

Was able to give us the best options and prices available for the space we had and also provided us with diagrams showing measurements for us to take home.

We purchased a Hercules greenhouse from Craig mid 2025 at Dobbies in Chesterfield. He recommended installers for both the slab base and installation of the greenhouse, all were brilliant, turned up on time and carried out a great job. We then needed a racking system for inside which turns out the on we wanted was discontinued but Craig found us one. brilliant service all round, highly recommend the Chesterfield store.
