Greenhouse arrived with two bases but no frame!. Very annoying.

Great service from start to finish. Delivery was as emailed with driver placing boxes and glass in safe place almost next to construction site.

Not received it yet, still waiting, it must be walking here being so slow with delivery

Gr8 Greenhouse, delivery fantastic, had a very small problem which was dealt with as soon as I contacted them. I don't usually give five stars but this company went above and beyond.

Delivery was prompt and well wrapped, with communication on it's status clear and timely.
Product is good quality and assembly instructions, while necessarily a bit complex, clear and well presented.
Customer service is excellent - one of the parts was incorrect but immediately replaced without quibble - and friendly.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their product.

I was looking for greenhouse clips and glass retaining clips and ringing various shops and garden centres but was getting nowhere even telling me that they did not sell them though their listings said they did greenhouse accessories. I wemt online and found Greenhouse (Juliana Group Ltd.) explaining to the man who answered what I wanted. He was so helpful guiding me through the headings and advising me to get a sample from my greenhouse and see which ones they matched in the photos. I did this and found the perfect match. I rang and placed my order and within 3 days my order came through my letterbox. I appreciated the time he devoted to helping ensure I got the items I wanted. Grateful thanks.

Perfect service and quality product. They took the trouble to let me know when the greenhouse staging I wanted was in stock. I ordered it and it arrived very quickly and was perfect!

Very helpful when I rang for extra parts for my Greenhouse and good service

There was some confusion with which end the doors should be on and unfortunately they were assembled on the wrong end. A photograph of the layout clearly showed that the doors would end up on the wrong end and this should have been clarified before delivery. We then had to pay a further installation fee as they had to re-visit with doors on the correct end.

All went according to plan. House erected in short order and to our complete satisfaction.
