Wahnsinns Service!! Ich war längere Zeit super enttäuscht da ich mir neue Skates zulegen und das ganze gerne mit etwas persönlicher Beratung tun wollte um das passende Produkt zu finden, doch im Lockdown wurde der Ladenverkauf des Skateshops geschlossen. Doch durch den super lieben und schnellen Service per Mail habe ich doch das richtige Produkt gefunden! Nach der ersten Ausfahrt wurde mir bewusst das alle Achsen sooo fest angezogen wahren das es mir nicht möglich war die Schrauben zu lösen und noch dazu ist mir direkt ein nagelneues Marken-Skatetool einfach abgebrochen. Das ganze habe ich via Mail erklärt und direkt Hilfe, Support und sogar ein neues Skatetool via Post bekommen. Sowas wünsche ich mir von allen Warenhäusern mit spezifischen Produkten. Durfte sogar die Skates kostenfrei zurück schicken, mir wurden die Achsen gelöst und getauscht. Sowas ist nicht selbstverständlich und alles ohne weitere Kosten.
Macht weiter sooo und führt mal ne digitale Kaffeekasse ein wenn man euch schon net im Laden treffen kann.

Ich habe in den letzten Monaten zwei paar Skates inklusive Zubehör über Grindhouse bezogen. Um den Passenden zu finden musste ich mehrfach Skates, als auch Zubehör ordern und zurücksenden. Das alles lief problemlos. Ein Vorteil ist, dass die Rücksendekosten, als auch die Versandkosten im Zuge eines Umtausches durch Grindhouse übernommen wird. Die Beratungsqualität ist hervorragend.
Die Antwortzeiten per Email sind aktuell etwas länger. Für mich ist das aber nicht entscheidend und ich würde in dringenden Fall zum Telefon greifen.

Ich hatte mir ein Paar Next Skates gekauft und beim zweiten mal fahren ist mir der Schaft gebrochen. Dies habe ich direkt per Email beanstandet.
Der Service Mitarbeiter hat zügig geantwortet und konnte mir nach Rücksprache mit dem Hersteller auch aushelfen. Ich habe dann nur 2 Tage später eine komplett neue Schale inklusive dem Schaft bekommen. Vor so einer zackigen Bearbeitung von einer Reklamation ziehe ich meinen Hut. Wirklich einen tollen Job machen die Leute dort! Man fühlt sich ernst genommen und bekommt schnelle Hilfe. So muss es sein!

Ich habe am 20.05. eine Bestellung aufgegeben für Artikel die laut der Grindhouse Website "Sofort verfügbar, versandfertig in 1-3 Tagen" sind.
Heute Abend am 28.05. habe ich noch immer keine Versandbestätigung bekommen. Ich habe sofort per PayPal bezahlt und der Versand ist von Deutschland nach Deutschland. Ich erwarte keine Amazon ähnlichen Lieferzeiten, aber nach über einer Woche wäre es schön, wenn das Paket losgeschickt werden könnte. Beim nächsten mal werde ich wohl bei einem anderen Shop bestellen und hoffe bis dahin, dass die Artikel irgendwann ankommen.
Ich werde die Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald sich etwas neues ergibt.

05.06.2021: Die Artikel sind heute nach über 2 Wochen angekommen

Alles bestens! Mega schnelle Lieferung und super netter Kundenservice. Trotz eigentlich längerer Wartezeit für Email beratung (angekündigt durch automatische Antwort) kam innerhalb von 24h eine Rückmeldung. Die nächste Bestellung kommt sicher bald!

I orded a pair of expensive inline skates at grindhouse.eu

It is already around 7 days ago and still the inline skates are not sended. I tried to contact the webshop by phone but because of covid they don't answer you're calls.. I don't get it but oke...

So I sended them 3 emails already and still didn't answer me were my shipment is. I do have a DHL tracking but DHL tells me they don't have a package from grindhouse.eu

In my opinion, this is not the way to handle you're business. Covid is a hard time for everyone but if you have a webshop running you should do everything you can to help out you're customers and grindhouse.eu doesn't do this. They let you pay with you're order and then you can pray wen you get you're order.

It's not that I'm on the other side off the world to. Grindhouse.eu sits in Germany and I live in the Netherlands.

So for now I realy advise you to order somewhere else. And I keep praying that one day I'll get my order..

I bought a pair of mid range skates skates through grindhouse.eu. Unfortunately the buckling system on the skates broke quite quickly, so I requested a return. The folks at grindhouse.eu kindly sent me some replacement parts which I fitted myself. Unfortunately the same issue occured. I asked to return the skates, however the staff refused and sent me more replacement parts. The same thing has happened again and now I just have a pair of defective skates that cost £300. I appreciate the staff are friendly but I can't oblige a company that won't refund defective products.

Der beste Shop um Inliner zu kaufen. Große Auswahl an Skates und Zubehör. Schnelle Lieferung. Superschneller und freundlicher Kundenservice. Meine Mails werden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Egal ob Rücksendungen, Umtausch, Gutschrift, alles funktioniert wie ein Uhrwerk. 5 Sterne.

I'm based in the UK, I ordered usd skates on Friday and they were here on the Monday! Very happy with this company, would definitely recommend!!!

I was looking for some new skates and bought a pair thorugh grindhouse.eu. They came defected and there were no problems with the reclamation, the member of the staff Heiko was really nice and I send them back and decided to change for a more quality skate a Seba FR1 orange. The second pair was 100€ higher in the price point as my first skates,so I was sure to get the quality I wanted, but I was wrong. The skates had a hole in the liner and bad wheels and the frame was scratched. I send them the pictures of defects and again no problem with the reclamation, Heiko was very kind and understanding and both times I got to send them back free of charge. They refunded me the money and I was very happy to find a store I could trust and buy in the future. They were very fast in replying and processing my order and my reclamation, would recommend this store to everybody!
