Fantastic Pacr Waterproof Gravel Shoe Covers. Very high quality and durable. These are the best quality overshoes I have ever bought. Using them for XC mountain biking in UK winter (3 months so far). Very durable which is the key factor for off road use - most other brands of overshoes I have purchased can't handle the wear and tear off XC MTB use but these are up to the job. Very pleased.

Har nu 2. Sæt af GribGrab Shoe Covers. Holdbare, lette at sætte på og tage af. Lever fuldt op til mine forventninger. DOG skal I være meget bedre til at sende forkerte varer retur. Fx ved blot at medsende en returblanket. Eller mulighed for at printe direkte fra nettet. Der skal I forbedre jer. Men fede produkter, lidt men godt 👍

Vorsicht! Ich habe mir ein Radtrikot bestellt und muss es leider in eine größere Größe tauschen. Auf der Website gibt es kein Rücksendeformular. Auf die mehrfachen E-Mails an das Support Team gibt es seit 2 Wochen keine Reaktion.

Ordered some cycling gear and I’m super happy with it. The quality’s awesome—especially the gloves and shoe covers. Everything fits well and feels made to last. Shipping to Spain was quick. Ordering again!

I have tried twice to email GripGrab regarding a return.
No answer
I bought my husband some cycling gloves which are useless. One hand is smaller than the other. £45 down the drain!
Problem now resolved. GribGrab now refunding money. Many thanks

I had a problem with the return as no one from Customer Service had replied to me. Fortunately, I was now able to solve the problem with the help of the customer service. Unfortunately, all my emails ended up in the spam folder, but I was informed that this problem is now being solved.
It was a bit frustrating that I couldn't reach anyone for a long time, but after that I had a very nice contact with customer service. Morten was very solution-oriented and helped me.

Gripgrab excels from A-Z in the customer journey. Been using their products for 10 years in harsh conditions and the quality is great all around.

Bitte Hände weg von diesem Onlineshop!!! Ich bestellte im Onlineshop für rund 200 Euro. Die gelieferte Ware entsprach aber überhaupt nicht der bestellten Größe. Die Qualität entspricht nicht dem hohen Preis. Insgesamt wirkt die Ware wie günstige Ware aus China. Im Onlineshop wird gesagt, dass man dem Service eine E-Mail schreiben soll, wenn eine Rücksendung gewünscht wird. Auf keine meiner zahlreichen E-Mails erhielt ich eine Antwort. Bei Onlineshops bin ich vorsichtig. Dieses Mal war ich vielleicht nicht vorsichtig genug.

After receiving my order I have been informed that I owe >£80 in import duties that were not included in the purchase price.

When I asked the company about this they told me they have no way of knowing about local taxes and that I should have checked with my local customs office before placing the order! A ridiculous response and an issue I’ve never had when purchasing anything online.

Will never be ordering from them again.

Har brugt GripGrab handsker og sko-overtræk i mange år. Handskerne er jeg voldsomt tilfredse med, og sko-overtrækkene er design mæssigt gode da de ikke har den irriterende lynlås på bagsiden der altid går i stykker. Sko-overtrækkene fås i flere modeller, til forskellige formål, og jeg har opdaget at jeg nok må følge vejledningen, har for nemt ødelagt landevejs overtrækket når jeg tog det på i skoven - my bad :-)
På det seneste er jeg også begyndt at købe deres bibs og shirts; de er til den dyre side, men kvaliteten er derefter.

Har kørt i Grip Graps regnjakke de seneste uger. Kan varmt anbefale den - selv i kraftig regn bliver jeg holdt tør, men uden at svede til inden under. Super produkt.

Virkelig fede produkter med super holdbarhed

Huge thanks to the GripGrab customer service who helped replace some cycling gloves (a present of the incorrect size) . This was hampered by the errant UK postal services and their internal issues. All of my enquiries were promptly answered in good natured manner. The replacement gloves arrived last week and are excellent (and fit like a glove). Thanks again to all at Gripgrab.

Bought my pair of GripGrab Progel gloves in August 2018. Have worn them continuously since on road cycling. They have stood up to the constant use very well and are only now showing wear on the right hand middle finger which has split from the base. Contacted GripGrab who recommended a fix and to feedback the result. Bought a second pair of Progel gloves and received promptly from GripGrab. Excellent communications from a company that values their customers and has high quality goods. Thoroughly recommend.

Har kun positive oplevelser med Gripgrab. Har flere par handsker, som alle er i rigtig god kvalitet. Har for nyligt fået en jersey fra dem, som var rigtig fin, men en anelse for stor. Det gik dog først op for mig efter de 30 dages returperiode var gået - det var heldigvis ikke noget problem, og jeg har nu modtaget en ny returlabel, så jeg kan få ombyttet til en mindre størrelse. Det er god stil :)

Har både købt handsker tidligere, og senest tøj. Begge gange har det været nemt at bestille/betale, og forventelig hurtig levering. Desuden er produkterne i top - kan kun anbefale.
