Very impressed with the product, it is more non slip than I expected. Very helpful staff only slight criticism was delivery time.

A pleasure to do business with
A pleasure to do business with. After a phone call to a knowledgable female advisor I visited the depot in Higher Bugle and was shown samples and shown appropriate flooring for my task by a helpful member of the technical staff.
On ordering the boards were cut to size by the firm and when I went to pick them up I was helped by two members of staff to load up.
The boards for the access ramp are now in place and doing the job.

We had a problem with some of the deck boards we received and it was replaced immediately. The bamboo decking looks amazing and we are really pleased with it. Delivery was timely and very smooth. All went to plan. Great company offering good advice and they know their product. Will definitely use them again and would 100% recommend them

Very helpful on the phone
Very helpful on the phone. Very quick delivery. You may find you need a different cutting disc than normal for cutting timber with the grip.

I'm glad you received your boards quickly and found our team helpful to deal with.
Yes, because the anti-slip properties of the inserts are so hard-wearing they can be a little tricky to cut which is why we recommend using a diamond disk blade to best avoid the disc blunting quickly.

Goods not fit for purpose & very poor quality, full of defects. One of the worst experiences from a supplier we've ever had in 42 years of business! Once order was paid for, the company wasn't interested in helping further. Constantly obstructive.
They even contacted another one of our clients (indiscreetly) directly to try to obtain their business!

At Gripsure it is our number one priority to send the highest quality decking to our customers and offer them the best customer experience throughout the whole of their journey, including aftersales. This is something we take very seriously and strive for every single day.
Under our ISO 9001 certification, we have registered your complaint and reviewed it internally. We believe we went above and beyond our normal exemplary levels of customer service to support you, firstly with your initial order, and then your subsequent decision to change to another product and return the boards. This is well documented with our emails and phone call records. The returned boards were checked upon receipt, and were found to be in perfect saleable condition, apart from four pieces that appeared to have been deliberately damaged.
You also imply that we deliberately contacted another of your clients to win business direct. We deal with thousands of companies every year and have no knowledge of your specific clients.
We value our customer feedback and reviews from Trustpilot and Google very highly as it is a true measure of our performance as to whether we have happy customers. But that also means we will challenge any reviews that we feel are unfounded.

A very good company that deals in…
A very good company that deals in varied and sustainable products . A good selection of decking. James and Ross in the Bugle offices very helpful and considerate.
Still waiting to see how the decking weathers and is affected by rain and heat.
