Gripsure went the extra mile in addressing my concerns and making sure I was entirely happy before ordering.

The timber in my deck kit is good quality and supplied in full length deck boards (4.8 mtrs each!). The joist hangers were already attached.

The only real issue we had was with the trouble the huge Kay’s delivery vehicle had in our lanes (resulting in the driver having to reverse back up the lane for over quarter of a mile after the delivery!).

Excellent service from all at Gripsure. We had some issues on site that meant delays to our project. Even at a very late stage, Gripsure accommodated us without any problem.

Extremely impressed with the quality of the Pro Contemporary non slip decking. The overall dimensions of the boards were well within tolerance.The delivery arrived precisely on time. The decking is slightly damp so a good quality saw blade is needed and the non slip inserts do need to be cut with a grinder first.

Good product but some planks were not straight and slightly different lengths some just under 4.5m.
Staff very helpful when ordering and gave useful information on aftercare.

Bought some non slip decking and am very pleased with the product which was safely delivered to a house in France. The ordered screws were not delivered and Gripsure immediately made sure a new delivery was made with no fuss. The whole service was excellent and all the staff exceedingly efficient and helpful.

Excellent service, great product, delivery on time

I purchased 25m2 of Gripsure decking for a residential decking project. This stuff is really brilliant if you are after a properly non-slip surface even after really heavy rain or in any bad weather where conventional decking would become a slipping hazard. Easy to work with and looks great once laid.

All contact with the company was excellent, from initial engagement and quotation with Mike the MD through to arranging material collections and some replacements with James the General Manager.

Great delivery of deck boards.
Majority of the product was in good condition and was as expected.
A couple of boards were warped and overly knotted but on the whole were great for the job.

We originally found Gripsure boards via their involvement with the Eden Project after a near miss incident, slipping on our old, wet and rotting decking. The hardwood boards that we bought several years ago have weathered really well.
This year we were looking for some boards to extend our decking and, despite all the challenges of Covid 19 lockdown, the few boards that we needed were located and delivered.

During research, Gripsure were excellent at answering my questions quickly and honestly, often giving more useful information than I initially asked for.
Delivery was incredibly quick even for normal times, but especially impressive at times like this.
When placing a query after delivery, Gripsure were incredibly helpful and sincere in assisting me. I would not hesitate to use them again.
