Gundam Mad Avis

Ordered quite a few models recently. Very good pricing compared to other UK retailers, mark-ups feel very reasonable and stock is pretty varied! The website is a bit dated, but can be navigated with relative ease. There's details on the site as to shipping windows which enabled me to receive my package very promptly. I'll be returning to purchase my models from here often, can't recommend them enough.

There range was incredible and the prices were quite fair, when I ordered it was nice and simple too, at first tracking didn't work but in under 5 minutes when I let them know they got it working which was really nice. It got to me quickly without any damage. Will definitely get Gunpla and Figure Rise here again, the range, price, and service was simply incredible, would 1000% recommend them!

Gundam mad doesn't have the most sophisticated website, but their service is amazing. Quick deliver, prices are among the best (if not the best). I can find most of gundam kits I need for my collection here, which are out-of-stock on other websites.
GundamMad has become my go-to website for Gunpla!

I ordered a high-value item and had requested discreet packaging since it was intended as a gift. To my surprise, the team proactively reached out during the packing process to let me know that their plain brown boxes might not be sturdy enough. They kindly asked if I’d be comfortable with packaging that might hint at the contents. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture and their commitment to ensuring I was happy with how they proceeded. It’s rare to see this level of care and communication, excellent service all around!

After being a customer for many years they have never let me down , all items are very well packaged and fast shipping 👍

Great online store for Gunpla etc, orders are processed quickly, efficiently and are packaged well for delivery.
What's not to like for those of us with the gunpla bug.

Loads of items available, not just Gundam Model kits.

I have ordered several times and I have never been let down by their fast delivery.

Would recommend!

I have often used their services over the last few years, competitive pricing, fast and safe delivery! My go to source for buying Gundam online in the UK.

Just will packed, shipped very promptly with no issues in regards to stock but being available. No problems ever

Have made a few orders from Gundam Mad for myself and my kid. Definitely have some of the best prices for Gundam model kits in the UK and a flat rate for postage. Always the first site I check when shopping for a new project.

Have been a repeat customer for many years. Especially enjoy the fun special offers

Great pricing.
Pricing is so often an issue when trying to buy Gunpla and Plamo in the UK.
Extensive range of kits and regular updates on social media when restocks arrive.

As always. Faultless service from Gundam. Quick delivery and good strong packaging so my kits arrived in perfect condition.

I enquired if they would be able to order in specific models I wanted, and they now regularly email me when items I want come into stock. Faultless customer service and items always delivered quickly and well packaged. Competitive prices too. Would recommend!

Incredible service, never had a problem before!
Once ordered just before a bank holiday and was upgraded to express shipping, free of charge.

Many purchases over the years. Always quick, well packaged and helpful with Support even when I know I'm being a pain. Also almost always the cheapest in country option for larger kits.

They’re super communicative/responsive, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile

Quick shipping which is reliable and cheap, amazing selection and overall spectacular!

Amazing shop, great customer service.

Had nothing but great experiences with them and their services. Model Kits always arrived quickly, securely and packed safely. Very reasonable prices in the UK
