Gundam Mad Avis

Great customer service and the team are willing to chat and answer any questions

Have ordered from Gundam mad a few times now and have had nothing but excellent service and the prices are spot on! Not to mention they carry more than just Gunpla! and delivery was quick! Best place for Gunpla and other model kits in my opinion!

Never had an issue with this company. Deliveries are always well packaged and on-time.

The Gundam Mad team are bar non, the no.1 stockist for Gunpla and aligned mecha/anime and video game models in the UK.

I have been shopping with them for a little over 7 years now, I've been around and yet, I always return to Gundam Mad, their active stock at any point during the year cannot be matched by any other UK business selling Gunpla.
Their expertise speaks volumes, you can tell these people enjoy not only the act of building, but fostering the community they have rallying around them and are happy to spend time having a conversation around a kit you're trying to find, the build experience they had of the kit, recommendations etc.
I have one personal example; which would be my hunt for Sehalanthrophs from MGS V: The phantom pain, I didn't even know it had been reprinted until I saw it in stock, I ordered it and it was with me within 3 working days after searching for this kit since the release of MGS V back in 2015, just when you thought these guys were at the top of their game, they get even better.

I am looking forward to the Day of the Gundam Event in July, I feel the fact they are going all the way and arranging a full on convention for all us UK builders should be indicative of how much this business cares about it's customers.

Myself and my children hold nothing but the highest expectations and regards of Gundam Mad, and not once in these seven years have they let us down, here's to another seven!

Ordered model kits several times from this company, always dispatched the same or next day and packaged with care.

Would recommend if you're looking for a reliable supplier of gundam or other model kits.

Cheapest gunpla seller in the UK and incredibly friendly!

Delivered in excellent condition and on time.

I've been buying kits by the crate-load from GundamMad since 2022, and I cannot be stopped.

Quick order turn around and despatch. Arrived in perfect condition. Got the kit I wanted even when it wasn't currently available from the supplier I usually order from in Japan. Probably cheaper than at the yen price plus postage costs.

Gundam Mad always has loads of great stock for Gundam and model kit enthusiasts, and always pack your packages very well! Highly recommend.

Have bought Gunpla on a few occasions now from Gundam Mad. Kits are well-priced and I really appreciate how comprehensive the website is. There's frequent promo events, and the team seem highly enthusiastic about Gunpla and Plamo hobby in general, which translates to an all-round great service.

Good on prices, never had a problem with delivery, always well packaged, just a good place to get gunpla in the uk.

Gundam Mad are my go to for any gunpla. They are always fairly priced and don’t rip you off, and the team are so helpful. They always help me with any requests or queries!

Exceptional knowledge of their products. They’ve created a wonderful community, and as a business, they’ll do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your hobby to the fullest. Top rated UK store.

Awesome company! Always ship stuff promptly and very well packaged, never had any issues after many, many orders!

Been ordering from GundamMad for a few years now and the service has always been excellent, along with the selection of kits, building tools, and accessories all year long. Postage has always remained a fixed affordable price be it Royal Mail or Fedex. I highly recommend shopping with them, and I am always recommending it to anyone new to the plamo building hobby.

Bought a few things from here and it's always been a great experience. The best prices in the UK and helpful email alerts.

Nothing but the best when ordering from Gundam Mad. Fast shipping and with a lot of love for the franchises they stock. By far and away the best distributor of Gunpla in the UK. Over Christmas they had many deals and I was able to take full advantage.
