Gundam Mad Avis

Have been using Gundam Mad for years, online and in person at shows. always amazing selection of kits and great helpful staff.

I've been buying kits and accessories from Gundam Mad for about 3-4 years now, and can definitely recommend them for any gunpla fun in the UK. All the orders have been delivered on time, and the shop's selection is a thing to behold. Would recommend!

Have been shopping with Gundam Mad for over 5 years. They have some of the most competitive prices in the hobby and their customer service is second to none. Highly recommended company! From your friend and customer, Big_Bad_Gundam _UK

Great prices, great selection, fast delivery. Top UK gunpla supplier.

Brilliant UK based store fair pricing and always well packaged.

An online store I consistently go back to with the only fault being how dated the site looks and can be a bit fiddly at points to use.

I do know the new site is in the works so it's a temporary issue and not one that has stopped me in the past.

Overall good delivery times, fair prices and good customer service.

The folks at Gundammad are excellent when it comes to customer service. From point of order to delivery they communicate every step of the way. There's a great selection of products available and they often run fun giveaways or special promotions. Always worth following the Facebook page for updates.

I haven’t had a single issue with gundammad and we work fast company to buy gunpla and more from.

Prices are always fair, With a good selection of Model Kits to choose from.

The customer support team has always been prompt and friendly, and you can hardly go wrong with thier flat £5 delivery fee, no matter how big your order is.

Gundam mad are my go to site for gunpla. unreal prices, great rotation of stock, always respond to my queries quickly, and are always willing to help with any special attention I may require. the best place for gunpla in the uk, period.

Prompt delivery. And amazing support when I've needed it. Would recommend them 100%

I’ve been using this website for years and years and have always been very happy with the service received.

Excellent prices, well packaged and quick shipment, will be buying from again

I have used Gundam Mad several times in the last few years to buy my son models for birthdays and Christmas. Their stock is extensive and they've always been prompt in answering any queries that I've asked. Their delivery times are excellent too. Way better than other gundam stores that I've used.
Thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommended retailer of Gunpla & various other Mecha model kits. Stock is readily available and maintained. Retail Price is fair & reasonable. Shipping is available at standard prices within UK, with alternate delivery options. Customer service is always available. Gundammad are my first option in acquiring Gunpla. I’m sure there are many more who feel the same.

These guys are the best, the prices are unbeatable and their model kit range is really impressive.

I've been buying from gundam mad for years and they always offer outstanding service. Staff are very friendly and willing to help and are knowledgable about what they stock and prices of the kits/models are very competitive (plus no vat or customs charges here in the UK) and have a large selection.
Overall a highly recommended shop!

Any time I've ordered parcels have arrived promptly and always in good condition, stock can be hit or miss, prices are only ever so slightly above MSRP but that's the nature of buying these sorts of things inland vs importing and paying extra for shipping/customs charges on top if your order hits the benchmark. Any problems I've had in the past have always been promptly solved or at worst had a resolution offered to me. Would definitely recommend them to friends if you're in the business of looking for UK shipped Gunpla/a variety of Kotobukiya kits etc.

Been getting kits from the site for around a year now, definitely the best range, prices and service for anything gundam in the uk !
