Food processor parts are cheap. One blade broke after very little use and the bowl split. The company's communications regarding replacement parts is terrible and there service levels are awful.

Would have given a zero star if…
Would have given a zero star if possible. This is the worst company. First of all when the blender arrived it did not work. I complained, the service company takes ages to reply. And if they do, they need multiple photos and videos and even after that they don’t reply. And if they do no one comes for pick up. It’s the worst customer service. Please go for Indian brands. They are trusted. DO NOT BUY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST PRODUCT.
PS - It’s been over 2 months I brought the product. And it did not work as it arrived. And for the last two months there has not been any pickup.
Disappointed
Well, I purchased a Hamilton Beach coffee to go machine. And I’ve been trying to get a replacement part for quite some time. First of all they have no customer service line and then the line number that they give you is only to recall and they weren’t very helpful, don’t know whether the park could be in two weeks or two years so I guess that’s their way of getting us to buy a new coffee maker from . Very disappointed that the coffee basket is not available and has not been.
bad bredmaker and bad customer service
I bought bread maker, open box and tried to do 1 lb loaf. in 5 min I shut it down, because strong chemical smell. After 30 min, I tried again, and again smell like a burned wire isolation. I asked for return,. They refused return, because it's open and used. Smell is OK for them. I have home fire insurance, and what? Also, If breadmaker doesn't work, how to know it with no open carton box? So, I lost money and company "Hamilton Beach". Andy
Horrible customer service
I bought a Hamilton Beach Blender. It broke. I bought it new. I've only used it three times. Hamilton Beach won't send me the cutting blade assembly. I will never buy a Hamilton Beach product again!
I would give this company no stars if…
I would give this company no stars if that was an option. Very poor product quality and even worse customer service. I received a damaged/used part to a slow cooker. The replacement part which is actually the ceramic crock was also damaged. The replacement of the replacement was damaged as if someone took a hammer to it. I eventually just returned the entire item. However, the entire process was a string of gaslighting and frustration. A lot of time wasted trying to rectify each situation. What s scam they have going on with their Amazon store. Which is not a third party seller as they want you to believe.
Scam, scam, scam! Their company website and Amazon site utilize the same customer service called zendesk. This needs to be shut-down!

flex brew coffee maker
Purchased flex brew coffee maker. After 2 months use it began leaking into the casing and out beside the power cord. They replaced the machine at no cost. Two weeks of using the replacement it started doing the same thing. They had me return it so they could do a quality control inspection. Machine was returned to them in April. Here we are in June still waiting for replacement #2 in spite of the fact that I clearly stated that I wanted a refund. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy their products

Absolute shambles of a company. Cannot even schedule a decent pickup of a faulty juicer/blender. Never buy anything from them.

I can't describe how awful their products are. The last straw was a blender whose bottom came off as I was lifting it from the base with all the $50 worth of premium ingredients for a cake pouring out onto the counter and floor. total crap! I will NEVER buy anything from this awful cheap crap company.

Do not order online or purchase their products in the store. Their products are junk and they DO NOT back up their products. Their blenders leak because lids just sit on top and are not secure. Can be very dangerous and messy. I sent them an email on the concerns of the dangers of their product and they said to bad, So sorry you don't like what your purchased, Their is nothing we can or will do for you.

And honestly, you'll be better off never purchasing a Hamilton Beach product again. I honestly wish I would have seen all of these reviews prior to ordering what turned out to be a malfunctioning piece of garbage.
So, here's another negative review for a company that does NOT care about their customers at all!
The following is what I wrote to my bank because I've been trying to do a dispute with them in order to get my money back since HB refuses to give me a refund even though they have had my unit in their possession since January….
On December 5, 2023 I ordered a Sure Crisp Air Fryer from Hamilton Beach.com for $128.69. {Model # - 31193}
On December 6th I received an email saying they shipped the unit out. It only took a week for me to receive the unit, which I received either December 12th or 13th,
By December 28th I emailed Hamilton Beach to ask for a refund because I felt I had received a malfunctioning unit. When I cooked a pizza, it took 40 minutes (which means an extra 20 minutes on top of the normal 20 minute cook time) and it was cooked unevenly. (The back was darker than the front, meaning it was heating unevenly.)
I had also used the air fryer prior to emailing them, and as I told Hamilton Beach, my french fries came out soggy like they were baked in water.
I was told that in order to possibly get a refund I had to return the unit to them and it will take 6 to 8 weeks for them to run their tests to see whether or not the unit is functioning properly.
I figured there was no way that this thing was going to pass any of their tests, so I said okay to their procedures and I received the shipping label through email. I packed everything up and dropped it off at my nearest UPS location on January 8th.
On January 17th, I messaged customer service representative Jessica asking if they did receive the unit, to which she confirmed its arrival occurred on January 18th. (Her email with this information came to me on the 19th).
Again I asked Jessica if I could just get a refund because I was completely dissatisfied with the oven and was uninterested in receiving a replacement. She again stated they have to do this testing first that can take up to 6 to 8 weeks.
Since I felt I had no other options, I said okay and I waited.
This is precisely why I did not do a dispute with {my bank} sooner. I was giving this company the opportunity to provide the customer service experience I thought I was going to be receiving. Instead, I ended up waiting nine weeks and had to email Jessica again to find out if the tests were completed. And to my complete shock and disappointment, I was informed that the tests were complete and the unit was found to be “functioning as designed”. Which now means they're absolutely refusing to issue me a refund, and the only option they left me with was for me to pay $14.99 for them to ship me a replacement unit. Which in turn as you can read in the emails, I asked her if my unit was functioning properly why do you need to ship me a replacement unit?
Is it just me or does that not make any sense at all?
I even filed a complaint with the BBB but they are unable to help with any kind of resolution because HB is saying I don't qualify for a refund. So the BBB said there was nothing further that they could do and closed the case. How does any of this even make sense when I don't have the product anymore? They have had my unit since January and I have their customer service representative’s written confirmation about this. I have stated numerous times I don't want anything back but my money… HOW IS IT LEGAL FOR A BUSINESS TO KEEP SOMEONE'S RETURNED PRODUCT AND THEIR MONEY?
Oh, and I've also been asking Jessica for proof of the testing that they allegedly did, and she is no longer responding to my emails.
Hamilton Beach microwave model…
Hamilton Beach microwave model P10034AL-T4A died after 2 yrs. It was bought in 2020 and I received it as a Xmas gift. Sat in the box never used until 2022 and died in 2024. I know thing are made to be disposable today but cmon.

Read as many as I could since it's triggering to see Hamilton Beach be so brutal to loyal customers,any customer who simply thought they are a tier A brand. NOPE. Since 2018(?) Hamilton Beach cannot build a functioning website where customers can COMMUNICATE with them. Try using their site's webform, type out your message,it goes NOWHERE,errors. Try phoning ,it either hangs up after ...rings,or the bot babbles,and the system hangs up. Ordeal began in the summer of 2023, trying to reach customer service.
I was a supporter of Hamilton Beach post ordering a counter grill from a points program that was sooooo good! Tried an electric kettle when it came time to replace a plastic one was Salton I think due to age,and not wanting plastic. Hamilton Beach kettle lasted about a year? The warranty replacement lasted about 1.5 years. YES, they honored the warranty! Issue now, trying to tell them the dangers of the replacement. Shock risk,and hot steam leakage from where it should be SEALED to prevent scalding. Actually WAS willing to have a replacement under warranty again. Quality issues given the other reviews is clear. Also NEVER buying this brand, ANYTHING else they make* OMG,Hamilton Beach international appears to be in Mexico - explains culture ? It has a licensing arrangement with SubZero who owns Wolf for its Wolf line. I own a Wolf oven. Re-evaluating this situation considering the price point!!
Irony. If many here bought from Amazon,Sam's Club,or Costco, you may at MINIMAL receive a (pro rated)credit* on a case by case basis. NOT suggesting Amazon is perfect. They are reachable,and attempt to have functional staff* Hoping retailers tabulate the complaints, returns,and reduce their Hailton Beach orders!
Got the Flexbrew coffee maker
Got the Flexbrew coffee maker, worked for 2 weeks. Now the single serve side has an overload error and doesn't work. Tried everything suggested to correct it, nothing worked. Tried online customer service, was asked to pay a $5.00 refundable fee to get secure help. Didn't do it. Can't reach anyone at the customer service phone number. I'm done and will never buy another Hamilton Beach product again! Should have went with the better, more reliable brand I was looking at, but tried to save some money buy buying this brand. Learned my lesson the hard and expensive way buy choosing this brand.

coffee machine, arrived with a 2 pin plug and instructions said do not use an adapter. If an adapter can be used then for a £100 machine I would have paid the bit extra. now got the trouble of returning it.

Looks great but never gets warm enough
Looks great but never gets warm enough. We bought the stainless steel maker with the pod single use. It’s so unfortunate that this coffee maker failed all the way around.
The customer service lacks everything! I don’t think they read my return/exchange request. It was a simple we “don’t do returns on unopened or used products”.
Wait…I would t know that the stainless steel machine didn’t get warm unless I tried it.
So unfortunate! This machine was to be used a a second machine and mostly for single serve. We have a LOT of company year round and needed a backup.
Never again!! Should have bought on Amazon!! At least I could have returned or exchanged. I went directly to the website. Big mistake.
Paid over $100 for a white Hamilton…
Paid over $100 for a white Hamilton Beach coffee maker at Macys less than a year ago. Used only for Easter guests and glass pot had a crack at top. Felt the pot was defective to crack in that area. Hamilton Beach did nothing to help. Informed pot was discontinued, no replacement parts. Would not order even a black pot which would not match. Gave me a web site to order a black pot and it was out of stock. So disappointing, thought Hamilton Beach was a reliable company, quite the opposite. Very poor customer service.
Terrible product and horrible customer service
Purchased a food processor to replace an old one we had (same brand, just a newer version). The new version did not work well. I contacted customer service several times (the only option is to email them, the phone number on the website does not allow you to speak to anyone) and they told me via email I needed to "cut the food into smaller pieces before processing" which I had already replied that we had tried that and it does not help.....the item is under warranty but they refused to call me or let me speak to anyone other than the person in the email. Even after I explained I had already tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions (which did not work) they said that "troubleshooting steps have been provided to you and "further correspondence regarding this matter will not be provided" and closed my claim. I used to be a loyal customer but I will never buy another product from them again. The worst customer service I have ever seen and the item was not cheap.
