Bought a side opening can opener. Turns out the steel rims of the cans are harder metal than the turning gear on the opener. Thus wearing the gear out. And now I don't have a can opener. I want a new one.

What a DISGUSTING COMPANY HAMILTON BEACH IS AND DISGUSTING IS WALMART TO SELL THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS THAT BREAK DOWN BEFORE THE WARRANTY EXPIRES. WAL,ART SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELVES TOTALLY DISGUSTING. I bought a microwave 5 months ago and it has no model or serial number n it except the names of Mexico and China on it My Microwave started to make noise and exploded right in the middle of warming my food Kaput broken caused a fire I had to extinguish. Not very safe and Hamilton Beach has no telephone lines directly to Humans the can help. Their help on the website is a joke and non Compliance with the Canadian Law. So here’s what a Senior going to do this weekend since I can’t afford another one. I will Load it in my car and drive to Walmart in surrey,s Parking lot and tie the Microave to a rope and have it live on the internet dragging it behind my car back and forward till the management get wind of it and maybe the press will be there also. Wish me luck this Sunday since I will be able to do this.. watch LIVE ON FACEBOOK AND YOUTUBE AT 1 PM. Thanx for whoever CARES ABOUT A SENIOR. THANX

What A Shame

We use our toaster once or twice a week.sometimes less. Bought your toaster because HB used to make an affordable product that lasted for the expected minimum of time. We used it 2 times and after than it was broken. Sad to see what crap you all have stooped to selling.

It's funny that 5 star review, about them standing behind their brands. I'm sure they do, if the one person that takes care of Hamilton Beach and weston and whatever other brands actually decides to read your email.

Here is the straight story on this. First off Amazon is a major company but they have people answering the phone for the issues that a customer may have. So, don't tell me that HB or Weston is unable to fo the same
I buy from Amazon because, if i have an issue I can get a person on the phone to help me.

I've bought this weston vacuum sealer twice from Amazon and it doesn't work. Rather than return it, I figured, I would give Weston a call. Maybe there is something o
Im missing.They have a message that refers you back to the website. There is no real help and that makes the brand unreliable.

The best thing to do is to pretend they dont exist. They obviously don't stand behind their products. If they did they would provide a way for people to get in touch with them by phone.

This has to hurt their bottom line. It's too bad because I think they have products that are worth the wild. But if you can't get a person for warranty or other issues, it's best to pick the item that isn't as good but one that you can speak to a person. If there was a better way to resolve your issues that would be great. The best way to give good customer support, is to allow a person to speak to another person and you are not providing the best way for the customer.

Bought a coffee maker from Hamilton…

Bought a coffee maker from Hamilton Beach and within two weeks the carafe broke. Bought a new carafe on Hamilton Beach's website ($27 with shipping on top of $100 coffee maker). They sent me the wrong carafe. But because water was placed in the carafe before I figured out it was the wrong Carafe they will not give me a refund or send the proper carafe. I will never do business with them again. Buyer beware.

I would like to leave a review for Hamilton Beach, I have never received better customer service honestly in my life. I would never have thought my air fryer breaking would make us so happy, but they helped us the day we emailed them, they were so helpful! I could not be more pleased. Thank-you!

Hamilton Beach stands behind their Products

I recently wrote a review about a defective toaster oven, I had purchased from Hamilton Beach. I was upset because their email indicated that it could take up to 3 days to get back to me.--Imagine my surprise, that 12 hours later HB said that a replacement would be shipped to me within a week---it was & works GREAT.

I have a Hamilton Beach deep fryer

I have a Hamilton Beach deep fryer. I accidently threw the carbon filter out as I could not get it clean thinking I was just gonna replace it. It ends up that you can't buy one through the company cause they don't have any. I have to throw away the appliance cause I can't use it without a filter as the house gets full of greasy smoke.

NO warranty, no customer service

I bought a Pizza cooker, round for pizza's and more. It will not cook!! Top element will not get hot enough to cook the dough. Sept. called them ...Machine only!!!
Filled out online form Sept. 28....no contact Oct 12th...filled out another form....no contact. Nov. 16th...sent a letter. This is Dec. 7th...now phone number is no good. NO warranty is available? Don't buy anything from this company.

We received a flex brew as a gift

We received a flex brew as a gift. Lasted a little over a year and then crapped out! Customer service said they’d give us a 15% off coupon….big deal everyone on their site gets that!! You’d think an item at that price would last a few years! Our cheap Walmart pot lasted 5!! Crap product with no offer of any value to help! Would never buy again

Lied about broken machine and refused to speak to me

I received a Hamilton beach breadmaker for Christmas, My very 1st time using it it made this horrible clunky noise, I recorded the sound and stopped the breadmaker just in case, I reached out to Hamilton beach customer service only to ask if the noise was normal, And they only kept asking me for a receipt, Make and model, I informed them that I got it as a Christmas gift And gave the information of the people who had got it for me , They had ordered it off of their website and I wasn't asking for a refund I just wanted to know if it was normal, They didn't respond For a long time, I wrote repeatedly if finally getting a response saying that I needed to give them a receipt and they would give me 10% off of a different breadmaker, Mind you these bread makers are very expensive, I informed them that I didn't want a new breadmaker I just wanted to know if this noise was normal and if it was OK to use still, They responded saying it was over my 30 day return policy and if without a receipt they couldn't help, I told them again that I'm just asking if the noise was normal, at no point did I ask them for a refund or a replacement, I wrote them multiple times, Asking if they had somebody who could just help troubleshoot the machine, If it something that could be fixed because I cant afford to buy a new one and it was important Gift that my family had saved up for. After months they finally responded and only said "it is a normal and expected occurance "... So I used it and the 1st time I used it after they told me it was normal it was broke and I brought it in to Sears and they advised that it Had a bent piece that would have been easily noticed if they didn't brush me off and looked at the original video i had o sent them and I could have gotten a replacement part

Deceiving Discription

I ordered a lid- container for my blender.When ordering it there was no image available. I thought I was going to receive a lid and container. All's I received was the lid.I needed the container more then the lid.I think the title of lid- container is very deceiving. I wanted to call to speak to someone.There are many different numbers to call but everyone is the same.You can't speak to a live person no matter which number you use.

I purchased a stand mixer

I purchased a stand mixer. The wire whisk broke and so far I have unable to replace that part. Contacted Hamilton Beach and they send a letter saying that they would get back with me soon. As of now, more than a month, I have not received or heard nothing from them.
