You should have notified the recipient upon the parcel's arrival. The parcel was left at the receptionist for 3 days.

Thank you for the review.
Text notifications were sent to the recipients mobile number throughout the delivery process to make them aware of the delivery from our courier. This also included a notification of the one hour delivery window on the day. As you provided the main management address for the recipient on the order and not a direct apartment/flat number the courier left the gift with the main office as per the instruction. We do not make arrangements with the recipient to collect im afraid, this would be the responsibility of the main office for the properties or the recipient to collect from them as per the delivery notification.

Found the company online as was ordering a hamper from NZ for a gift in the UK. Kept up to date with emails on when would be delivered and client said a very happy man dropped it off on the Saturday and it was lovely. Great service.

Great customisable options, especially if you don't want cheese etc. Also, they went above and beyond when they were short a selected item. Would definitely use again.

I ordered the gift box for my sister-in-law's birthday. It was delivered right on time and she was DELIGHTED with the contents.
