I bought a pack of women’s no show footies Hanes Socks they only lasts 1 month they were new when they started getting holes in the heels this is with just regular use mind you! I had to throw them away. Then people wonder why our landfills are so full! It’s because of products like these!

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

I RECEIVED THE 1ST PACKAGE- NEVER RECEIVED THE SECOND PACKAGE
I RETURNED SOME OF THE FIRST PACKAGE- WITH YOUR LABEL AND THEY GAVE ME THE REFUND AUTOMATICALLY LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO
THAT WOULD BE THE REFUND OF 95.69

SECOND PACKAGE GOT LOST IN THE MAIL AND THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING

I CALLED AFTER MULTIPLE WEEKS AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO RESHIP THE ITEMS THAT I NEVER RECIVED - THE SECOND SHIPMENT CAME AND IT WAS STILL MISSING ITEMS.

THE SECOND PACKAGE I MADE ANOTHER RETURN AND YOU NEVER GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR IT

SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN - AND REQUEST THE REMAINING ITEMS BE SHIPPED

SHE WAS ABLE TO GET A MANAGER AND SHIP ME OUT THE LAST 6 ITEMS THAT I HAD NEVER RECEIVED.

ON APRIL 10TH I CALLED IN AND THE LADY MANUALLY GAVE ME A REFUND FOR THE 2ND PACKAGE OF ITEMS I RETURNED THAT YOU DID NOT REFUND ME FOR
THAT WAS THE 41.67 REFUND
SHE ALSO REFUNDED ME FOR THE ITEMS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, THAT SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO ME.
AFTER ALL MY EFFORTS I STILL NEVER RECEIVED SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT WAS THE 26.49 REFUND

AND SHE SENT ME A RETURN LABEL FOR THE 3RD PACKAGE I RECEIVED. WHERE I KEPT 2 ITEMS AND RETURNED 4

YOU STILL OWE ME A REFUND FOR THOSE 4 ITEMS.

SHIPPED TO ME ON 3/17 AND RETURNED VIA USPS ON APRIL 21ST. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CREDIT FOR THOSE ITEMS AND WHEN I CALLED IN ON 4/24 TO ADVISE I HAD NOT RECEIVED A REFUND THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR YOU TO POSSIBLY REFUND ME

I ACLLED AGAIN TODAY 5/2 AND JOE H ADVISED ME THERE WERE NO MORE REFUNDS DUE EVEN THO YOU DIDNT MAKE ANY REFUNDS SINCE YOU RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ON 4/21
HE REFUSED TO GET ANOTHER MANAGER AND TOLD ME TO EMAIL CORPORATE

Bought a package of 4 of the Hanes MOVES men's underwear. Thought they felt good while wearing but 2 washes in and one pair has threads completely unraveling! For the price I feel they should last at least 10 washes before the start to disintegrate.

Hanes.com allows you to submit an order, and a few days later, you'll receive an email indicating your order was canceled. This has happened the few times (everytime) I have ordered from them. The inventory management is horrible.

March 1st, 2025 I placed an order with Hanes. Paying thru PayPal. Shortly after I placed the order I received an email saying the item was not available and I was not charged. And I even contacted Hanes to make sure the order was canceled and there'd be no charge to me.
March 4th, 2025 Hanes charged me $23.19 for the canceled order. I contacted Hanes demanding a refund. I was told I couldn't get a refund because the order was already shipped. I did not place a second order. I guess Hanes took it upon themselves to place an order for me then charged me for it. And now tell me I have to go thru the hassle of returning the item for a refund.
This just is not right of Hanes to do to me!

If there were a zero that would be my experience,first batch of underwear were ribbed they fell apart returned it. I ordered more underwear that were cotton there were inconsistent sizes even though it said large there were small and some were very big! I will always read reviews never again will I buy anything without looking at reviews

Bring back (((( Nylon ))) women's underwear! These newer styles: cotton-breathable-cool-jockey looking etc undies aren't comfortable! They cause resistance when pulling/putting on outer clothing. Yes! Yes! I am older and not as thin as I used to be but dog gone it! I can't be the only one who wants Nylon undies! Granny panties rock!

I use to like your tee shirts but you can't find nothing but what it says extra long for tucking then and they go near about down to my knees what about people that like stuff like it was. it messed up a good t-shirt

Your men's boxer briefs lose their shape after 1 hour and all support after 2 hours. You can't put good and cheap in the same sentence.Last money I'll spend on Hanes products.

Latex is in the underwear which caused severe itching, infection and breakdown of skin tissue.

Purchased my Hanes eco smart sweatshirt, loved my old one..Hanes info was stamped on the inside back so you know the size and info when you’d like to buy another. My new sweatshirts have a tag now..hate tags so of course I have to cut it out, so next time I won’t know the right size or information. Called customer service to ask about it..she didn’t speak English very well😡which can’t stand that. Just to have her say they aren’t responsible for how the clothes come. Very disappointed.

You stoped making nylon hi cut underwear for women

I've been purchasing Hanes products for years, I usually buy the boxers and sweatshirts and sweatpants but I haven't had any problems with any of those, they last a long time without fading or coming apart, I think the quality is good, I don't understand the negative reviews, but that's just my opinion, I've never had the problems other people describe, I will continue to purchase Hanes merchandise.

Spent 20.00$ on panties and they are great except for the seam in butt area. Very uncomfortable. Would return but washed and wore one. Very disappointed in them. Not sure I will buy again.

They didnt want to assist with my order enquiry. Product is pretty average, but for $5 a pcs Hmm

I bought a pack of ten women’s underwear. The first six pair were great. Number seven had no stretch. I’m older so I wear granny panties, we old ladies need some stretch. If I have to replace them it will be with fruit of the loom. The web site runs you in circles to try to get customer service. Very sad!

Absolute trash customer service. I paid $30 for some a shirts that didn't fit. Upon returning them I was credited $19.12 was told I recieved a double discount. The math aint mathing that would make it 40% off which i did not recieve. Will NEVER be purchasing hanes again. Least of all from the whack ass scam site.
Product isn't made like it used to either. Waste of money.

I will never buy from Hanes, why? Because in your advertisement showing a 19th century US western town you show a half-black bartender, an asian woman piano player, and women dressed with cowboy hats. Totally didn't happen! I know it's a spoof of people showing themselves dressed in underwear, but the obvious 'wokeness, diversity, feminism' shown in the ad spit on real history and showed you're just another company owned by the communist democrats.
