Thin t-shirts almost see thru! Not as good as Gildans

Had an issue and corporate took every measure to make the problem right. Refunded my money and gave me a replacement product.

I have repeatedly tried to get my money back for a return of 3 bras that cost me 47.48. I also had to pay for the return. I will never buy their products again

Terrible quality! Come on guys. I bought a multipack of white briefs from Walmart. None of them have a consistent fit! Some are smaller than others and fit so uncomfortably snug. Then after 1-2 washes start to rip at the seams. I loved your company once upon a time, but youre letting your customers down with cheap (not inexpensive) product.

Why do a worldwide delivery service and not deliver and customer service do not respond to emails

You don't offer free shipping and thinking you can attract customers by only offering certain items on your website only will only lose you customers, not gain customers. You need to stop putting white underwear in your 6-10+ packs. No one and I mean zero people want white underwear, just stop it. I also don't understand why if supposedly ALL female big box shoppers are a size seven, then it stands to reason to keep size 7 properly stocked. Communicate properly with you retailers. Seriously.

I ordered a heated clothes drying rack, acknowledgement said FED EX carriers would be used 5 - 10 days delivery. FED EX were NOT used CHINA POST allegedly was. It is now 28th January 2024 and still I have NOT received anything from this company, despite having sent and received many emails. The record is stuck on the fact they say China Post says delivered, I'm housebound and haven't left the house in over 10 years, nothing has been delivered. I did all they asked me to do, i.e. check with local post office (twice), checked with neighbours (twice) and all they come up with is tracking shows item delivered! After the protracted email sessions I am inclined to believe that this is a fraudulent company advertising and taking payment for goods they cannot supply, I have reported this to my card issuer and I hope to have the situation resolved. I add that during the emails back and forth, never once has any direct question been replied to. They initially offered me 20% refund which by each email increased to 80%, then all went quiet, nothing for over 10 days now. I hasten to add the advert on FACEBOOK looked like it was a LAKELAND UK advert, all the pictures and details would suggest this was a genuinie advert. I believe FACEBOOK and others should screen their advertisers carefully to stop this type of SCAM from taking place.

I got a package of men's briefs for Christmas that are supposed to be medium but are of inconsistent size. One pair were so small I couldn't get them up my legs. My daughter in law also had problems with inconsistent size as well as shape. In reading the other complaints on this site, I feel like Hanes has gone the route of lowest cost and to hell with quality. No more Hanes for me.

I've owned Haynes for years never had a problem. The latest package of comfort Flex feels like they made it out of mashed corn cobs. They don't use elastic around the thighs, they use tight stitching that just rips. It's not cut the same across the waist; very dissatisfied with what used to be a quality product. Will not buy again your cutting corners on materials and your quest for greed has cost you another customer.

Order two pairs of two different kinds of sleep pants (four pairs all together) used my sign up promo for it and it was free shipping for members at the time. they canceled my order saying they had none of them in stock. (Still showed in stock for the sizes and styles that I picked.) I called and the lady told me at the time those items were not in stock but that I could reorder them since they were NOW in stock, (just the next day) but that I had to pay for shipping this time but that she would give me a small discount. I went ahead and ordered even though the price was $6+ more this time but purchased them anyways. Next thing you know I'm getting another email saying that the orders canceled again due to not having an item in stock. (Website still shows both sizes and both prints I ordered are in stock). I'm DONE with hanes.com. Thanks for nothing!!!!

Compré ropa interior, a las pocas puestas ya estaban horribles. Creí que eran una marca que garantizaba calidad pero qué decepción 😞 los chones todos rotos!!! Descosidos!!! Cosa que nunca me había pasado con otras marcas. Les saqué foto para que vean. Ojalá pudiera subirlas.

Still not received my item after 2 weeks . Customer service is completely useless . It's like I am talking to stupid people . Whatever I put in my email they just ignore me

Quality of cotton products (e.g. t-shirts, shorts) disappointing - not soft. Bra fastener really scratchy, had to throw away shortly after purchase. Hanes is not what it used to be.

Just saw their ad. It was extremely inappropriate for my 3 year old son to watch as he was already enjoying the basketball game. This is disgraceful and they must fix this immediately

I’ve bought the same Tagless Briefs, in the 6 pack, from Walmart, for years. In 2022 I bought a set of size 8s, which had been my go to for several years. That time they fit like 7s although I religiously wash them and air dry - never a dryer. I bought a single pair of 9s this past year only to find them running small. Seriously, I have not change clothing sizes. So in March 2023 I purchased a package of 6 size 10. They are the size of the 8s. Shame on Hanes for scrimping on materials.

Shirts are VERY VERY thin quality. & While that may not be a bad thing, they just tear easily. & To me, the cost is a little high!

Men’s white cotton t-shirts, absolutely, garbage. Paid $30 for 2 4 pks and literally threw them out. Usually I will save old t’s for rags these were not worth that. I have not purchased any other Hanes product this was the 1st time, and never again.

I responded to an advert on Facebook Market Place about a portable laser cleaning machine. Paid the required amount on 19 November 2022. Package arrived 4 January 2023. Upon opening I found a small child’s bracelet. But in the mean time this postal item sat at the airport in China. WOW could not find any space in an aircraft coming to Australia for over a month. Expecting this was a scam by interaction with company by e-Mail I had my bank reverse the payment in November. WHY DOES FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE NOT VET THE COMPANIES WHO POP UP TAKE MONEY AND THEN JUST DISAPPEAR?
