Advertised as moisture wicking fabric, I expected xtemp fabric and got 100% cotton. Hanes has gone downhillbig time. Their products are inconsistent and cheap. I will never buy another hanes product.

I ordered some Hanes stuff and my order just appears to be sitting there. I've sent countless emails and they don't even bother to reply, they just delete them. What's the point? I'm waiting WEEKS just for them to dispatch my order.

What a joke!
Ordering process is mediocre. Shipping is terrible. I ordered my items on Jan 12, and it is now the 28th and still no merchandise. If I ordered it on Amazon, it would have been here in two days. Complained via email and was told for the most part too bad. Tried to cancel order and was told could not cancel, and to return it when it arrives.
First and last time I will order from Hanes.com
Disappointed long time customer
I gave Hanes a one star not For the product but for the customer service. I ordered some no show socks size 9 to 11 women and they sent me 5 to 9 women. I called customer service who told me I had to use my printer ink and print out a return label and waste my time going to the UPS to drop it off. I work a lot of hours and have very precious time and this is just one more thing I didn’t want to have to deal with because they screwed up. And customer service was no help at all. I was very disappointed because I have been buying from Hanes.com for a long time And I’m not too sure I will be anymore.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
Bought a couple of hoodies from one of its brands. One came alright however the second one wasn't a hoodie and instead a pair of shorts.
Tried calling and emailing them numerous times and with no response on either end, turned to paypal to open a claim.
Then paypal looked at it and told me to send it back and provide tracking info.
I did that and even have proof of postage. Then without warning they closed the dispute due to invalid tracking.
Put it this way. They are in on it with Hanes and are always gonna protect them.
Never again Hanes, Never again Paypal.
Both DISGRACEFUL.

I also have been trying for three days to speak with a person on the phone. There is a "longer than normal wait time" message-clearly a lie. This IS the normal wait time. I also emailed and did not get a reply. This was my first online ordering experience- and it is surely my last. Terrible.

I have always enjoyed the Hanes products but don't think I will be doing any more ordering with them. I am currently waiting for a Customer Service rep to pick up the phone. I've been waiting 35 minutes and this is my 3rd attempt! I have emailed twice and have not received a response!! I don't think they even have a customer service dept. My order is short items and it doesn't look like i will get any satisfaction. Feeling ripped off and very disappointed.

I ordered one item and after waiting almost 2 weeks got an entirely different item. I tried calling CS numerous times and each time, after waiting 15 minutes, I had to hang up. Finally called again, and persevered. It took about 30 minutes for someone to pick up. Then I was told I could keep or donate the wrong item, but they couldn't send me the correct item as their computer system wouldn't allow them to. They would credit me for the original items ordered. While trying to get through on the phone, I also emailed them but received no reply. Am so surprised how poor the service is!
I ordered 5 items from Hanes
I ordered 5 items from Hanes, with a free international shipping promotion. 3 items shipped and arrived within about 15 business days and I'm very happy with the items. The other 2 hadn't shipped after 16 business days (ship time is up to 17 business days) so I called customer support- I was told that the items are back-ordered, and can take up to 28 business days to be shipped out, and while they can cancel the items, they can't compensate me for the delay if I choose to continue to wait. I really wanted those items, but I chose to cancel them, because 2 months is just too long to wait! I'm not impressed by Hanes' customer service.

Ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants but instead received 2 t-shirts and was charged the for the price of the sweatpants. I attempted to email customer service but was ignored. I returned the t shirts to them and requested a refund but have yet to receive one....

I donot know why they made a CS team. They are extremely terrible. They ignored my email and phone call. When I made a call to them, they recommended me to use an email. When I emailed them, they responded me to make a phone call. After that, they ignored my email, whenever I email them. I knew their CS team is notorious when I googled it.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Not only is their 3 week refund on return policy outdated, when you call to check on the status, they dont even know 3 weeks from what date! Luckily I have a tracking number from USPS, so I know when they received it, but each time I called, they would give me NO other response other than, "nope, our policy is three weeks - just wait longer" They wouldn't even tell me when they got it. No other info - just wait. Horrid customer service.

One of the worst experience I have had with a company. Order two products. The first was wrong. Order socks received a bra. Called customer service. Hanes credit my account and tried to run my card for socks. Was told a fraud error was coming up. Told somebody would contact me the next day. Called my bank and they told me the error was on Hanes. Nobody called me. Tried to call, but was on hold for ever. Today I received my second package. It was the right item, but wrong size. I was finally able to get thru to customer. Instead of trying to making things right, they issued me credit. WILL NEVER BUY HANES AGAIN!

Worst product ever. Got sports trouser for rs 700, after 1 mild wash,the color faded as if I am wearing it for 4 years. 3-4 holes generated as the material was very cheap

Hanes is about as low on the totem pole as you can get. Ordered a sweater and paid with pay pal (another issue), my cc was billed but item was not shipped only a tracking number, article was not received by USPS after 3 days. Emailed Hanes for an explanation. Reply : Having trouble with the vender delivery, maybe next week. Now to PayPal that says your cc will not be charged until the shipment is made, well mine was. Called PayPal and after an exorbitant amount of time talked to a live person, explained my problem with the cc being charged and the item not being shipped. She said I will concept you with a person to help you, 20 minutes latter and a plethora of commercials for ebay and PayPal I hung up. Hanes will just brush you off with an email and PayPal will look the other way. STAY AWAY FROM HANES, they are not a reputable company if they know PayPal rule about no payment until items is shipped and with PayPal maybe a little wink, wink to Hanes by not letting customers register a complaint. I am now having second thoughts about staying with paypal.

I ordered 2 of these on January 11. My daughter need them for a class in late January. We were to receive them on or about January 21. Only ONE pair arrived. My daughter didn't tell me that only one pair had arrived until Feb. 5. I called their 800 number and was told that the other pair wouldn't ship until AFTER MARCH 5TH!! I ask to make some changes and was told to call back Monday.
I called customer service today. They told me the other pair was on back order. When I asked why they had not contacted me about it she said that they don't send out an email until order is more than THIRTY DAYS LATE they don't bother to contact customers. How's that for customer service?!?!
I asked if I could change the order to a color that wasn't on back order. Customer service told "Nope!" There is NOTHING THAT THEY WILL DO TO MAKE IT RIGHT! Not even an apology.
They also ALREADY CHARGED ME THE TAX FOR THE PANTS THAT WON'T SHIP UNTIL MARCH 5TH! So if I want to cancel the order, I need to apply for a refund on the taxes they charged me for pants that won't ship for ANOTHER MONTH!
This is the most appalling "customer service" that I've ever received from any company. They clearly don't give a damn about customer satisfaction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Terrible customer service
I ordered some bras from this company and took advantage of the free shipping. The bras arrived relatively quickly, but were too small. I returned them and have a tracking receipt that states they were delivered. This was over 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I called and emailed and was told it takes 3 weeks or more for an exchange. If I don't get my exchange order in 3-4 weeks to call back. I also asked if I would get a tracking email when the new order shipped and I was told no. They are fast to ship the product, but SLOW on returns. I will never order from them again.

Sent me the wrong item over 6 weeks ago. I sent it back asking them to send me the correct item. Have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from them. If I ran MY business like this....I wouldn't have it for long.

The men's T-shirts maybe very comfortable but they are to linty to wear in the house. They must be made with cheaper cotton.
