If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. My order arrived super late. It was poorly packaged--looked like a two-year-old had wadded it up and stuck it in a plastic bag. It was a cat bed and it won't lay flat. Also it STINKS so my cat wants nothing to do with it.

This isn't a real company. I ordered a cat box on August 24th and have not received anything. I have sent over 10 emails and either get a robot reply or silence. Please do not send your money here.

First of all, I would recommend not placing an order with this site if you haven’t already. I ordered an item on 8/28/25. It is now basically a month later 9/26/25 and I have yet to receive my item. I regularly check the “shipping” status that they sent me, and it does not seem to move whatsoever. Last week I received an email from them stating that they can see my item hasn’t arrived yet and that they want to “make it right.” So I reached out to them per the emails request asking what’s going on, and all they could tell me was “your shipment is delayed.” No making anything right, no updates on why it’s delayed, where it is, when or if it’ll get here.. just that it’s “delayed,” something I already knew. Long story short, I suspect that this is just another scam website that pops up on your internet adds and Facebook adds to try and get you to order something and then steal your money, leaving you empty handed.

I ordered a small dog toy on 9/4/2025 . I was aware it could take anywhere between 10 and 14 days. They sent me little messages saying it was on the way. So I finally get a message saying it was on 9/23/2025 that it had been delivered on Sept.21st.by USPS. Problem being that was a Sunday and USPS does not deliver on Sundays. So I took the tracking number they gave me and tried to track it. No record of that number. Looking at informed delivery, it was not delivered. So I'm assuming they put in the date of the 21st and was probably going to tell me it had been delivered and someone must have taken it. I have asked for a refund and I get crickets. They were emailing me every other day saying "It's in transit" and now nothing. It isn't so much the money, but they blatantly lied and got caught. I would advise anyone STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I saw this advertised online and looked great. It’s a mitt for getting pet hair off of anything.
I have other “one way” pet hair mitts and thought this two way looked great. Rolled the hair into a nice little hot dog shape!
Well it is a piece of junk! Cheap fabrication and does NOT work
They offered me 20% refund if I kept it or I could pay return post to HongKong. Not Happy!

Don’t buy from this company. I bought the “Kibble Keeper” to store dry pet food. I paid $25 for a little container about 6 inches tall. Can’t even use it for a small package of cat treats since the cover doesn’t even fit the container. A total SCAM !!!!!!

Ordered on Aug.8th and it is now Aug. 26th with nothing delivered

So I ordered a couple products from Happy Luna.
For some reason it came in 2 separate orders . The first item came in 2 weeks.
The second item is still not here and it has been over 3 weeks.
I recieved an email yesterday saying the address is incorrect, and they are sending it back to the company.
Well, they have the same address as the first item that got here.
I sent an email to the company regarding this issue and no response yet.
Just know that the items take a very long time to get to the final destination.
Not sure what will happen with the second part of my order.

I ordered a dual retractable dog leash for my two dogs. One side of the leash is jammed. I contacted this company about it and was told about their refund policy is 30 days. If course, it has been over 30 days! But not 2 years. They could have offered me an even exchange. I can't use the leash for the purpose it was intended for now, it is defective and not functioning properly.

I ordered some dog shoes on June 6 and waited weeks. The package never arrived. This is definitely a scam site. The images used to promote their merchandise is AI and the various replies that are on the Shop app are bots.

Clearly a scam. I ordered something over a month ago and never received any shipping updates. absolutely do not buy from them if you’re expecting to receive your order

Never received order. No tracking number ever provided. Customer service has ignored all my inquiries. Very disappointed. Wpuld not recommend. Seems like a total scam to me

The product itself is great. I ordered a ceramic food bowl with bamboo stand — it looks fantastic and feels heavy-duty. Only thing that knocked off a star was the box was a bit squashed when it arrived. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged. Would still recommend, just hope they improve packaging a bit.

Terrible products and service. One item broke within a week, and the other never arrived.

When you try to reach out, they don’t even read it. It’s an automated email that never answers the question. You tell them it’s not delivered, they respond with the delivery number. Try this three more times, it’s impossible to talk to them.

I too feel as if I have been scammed. I did read reviews and felt several people had received their order. However, after more research, I do see that many people had not received what they ordered. Buyer BEWARE you will probably not receive anything from them.

I’ve been waiting for a cat bed I ordered recently , haven’t received any updates on my delivery ! ? I hope I haven’t been scammed! I received another email today saying how there are some delays on orders!? Says to ck on tracking !! When I try to click on that nothing Happens!!!? I’m
Contacting my credit card company that paid them for my order ! That I haven’t received! This tells me I’ve Been SCAMMED by this company ! I will also Contact The Attorney General’s Office in my State! And also post on Facebook and the Internet about this company! Looks like another China Theives! I’m also going to report this further ! Team under President Trump!

I wish I had looked at the reviews when I bought a coat for my dog. It took more than a month to receive. In the meantime, I was given updates that it was on the way.

I thought this was the same company I ordered my cat dish from. The dishes I ordered this time look exactly the same. I hope they are because they were a decent price and my cat loves the one he already has. That being said, I waited six weeks the first time and almost gave up on it. I'm willing to wait this time if they are the bowls I'm expecting. On the other hand, when I click on the Tracking link, it says Page Not Found. That's a big concern.

I purchased the TangleFree, Dual Dog Leash with Tangle-Free Swivel as a Christmas present for my wife. The leash was not used until after Christmas and only 3 times total. When my wife used it for the 4th time on 2/5, one of the leads just snapped. It was not a failed stitch or plastic part, just simply the nylon lead. Because the purchase was past the 30 day money back guarantee period, my email about the quality of the product was met with an AI generated, form email informing me there is nothing they will do. I am left to believe that Happy Luna is in the business of being a middleman for inferior products and offers no recourse for unhappy customers, regardless of the circumstances. The other reviews support my assertion that this is a Horrible Company.

I purchased the tunnel for a Christmas gift. It took one month to receive it. It came from Hong Kong. I should have done my homework.
After waiting so long the tunnel came defective. The zipper came broken, This cat tunnel does not look like the picture on the website. The quality is bad. The cats can not use it.
I have reached out to customer service with pictures
three times for a refund but they have not reached back out regarding my refund.
I purchased the cat scratcher too and again not good quality. Waste of money. The price points are high for their quality of products.
