I ordered a cat bed on 10/1/24. Was told that it had shipped on 10/3. I still have not received it as of 11/3. When I contacted the company mid-October, I was told the shipment was en route on 10/21.

I ordered my product on October 20. I was supposed to receive within a couple of weeks. I continue to get emails saying package is coming. The same exact FORM LETTER. I have sent my order # to their customer service department at least 6 times, to no avail. I cannot get a human to respond to me. I think they are a fraudulent company and will pursue this. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

It took a long time for the order to arrive, and when it did I could see how inferior the products are. The pineapple treat dispenser has slots too small for treats to get into, and my dog chewed the green leaves off the top right away and swallowed some pieces before I could stop her. The stuffed toys were made of such thin fabric that they were destroyed within 20 minutes. Worst of all, the stuffed ball had a sharp metal pronged device inside of it that was easily exposed and pulled out during play. Very dangerous. I reached out to customer service and they offered nothing. Buyer beware: these are cheap, terrible, and unsafe toys.

I ordered a product on 10-3 and it is now 10-25 and I have not received it. The tracking that they provide does not instill any confidence with timeframes that don't make sense or never seem to advance. You cannot get anyone to respond to your request for assistance on their website other than a BOT. It appears to me to be a scam and I am cancelling my order with them.

I ordered a dog vest which took a month to get here. Not only was it too small, but too late for the freezing temperatures causing me to go by one locally. When I went to return it, the minimum cost was $140 to return a $40 vest. The shipping cost is non-refundable by the company, which is in Austria. Their website does not disclose their location or a phone number. Everything is done through email, which is sparse and slow to reply. They also do not provide a place to put reviews on their website. They have several five and four star ratings, but none of them show that that it's by a guaranteed purchaser. If you're going to order something from this company, make it anything that is not clothing or something that would possibly need to be returned.

Buyer Beware! Not only does it take weeks to get your shipment from China, but you will find the products to be overpriced cheaply made goods. And if you need to return an item, you must pay shipping—to Australia! No exceptions made!

Do not order from them! Ordered multiple products. They are extremely poorly made. The scratch bed smelled of petroleum so I needed to throw out. Unusable. The zip up kitty "Purr-fect circle" did not even zip up so completely unable to use. When I contacted them to return, they said I need to package up & return to Austria at my expense (and the package would have been large). Now out over $70 for products with no refund. Don't make my same mistake.
