My girlfriend’s son got food poisoned in Hard Rock Café Bali airport and spent 3 days in the hospital after that. We have proof from the laboratory it came from a bacteria only to be found in meat which he didn’t eat in the 9 days prior to the HRC visit where he ate a meat hamburger. This ruined our holiday and writing our experiences to the restaurant it was waved off, same happened when we wrote the headquarters. We weren’t the first persons food poisoned if you read the HRC reviews. This is the worst customer service we ever experienced!

Besøkte Hard Rock Cafe Gran Canaria (Playa del Ingles).
Spicy wings var tørr, seig og smakte syrlig (antar at det var for mye eddik). Ikke var det spicy heller.
Har besøkt kjeden over hele verden og sist i New York i April. Opplevelsen er som natt og dag i favør USA.
Cheese burger smakte som på en billigkjede og var kald da vi fikk den til bordet.

Dårligste oplevelse længe.
Vi havde inviteret vores børnebørn på Hard Rock, fordi de skulle have den oplevelse og stemning, som vi har haft, på andre Hard Rock cafeer rundt omkring i verden.
Stor var skuffelsen, da vi blev placeret på 1. sal i et sterilt lokale. Det var McDonalds, bare med lidt guitarer på væggen. Burgerne på McDonalds er dog betydeligt bedre end dem vi fik serveret her, fx en Messiburger, hvor kyllingen var tør og bare 2 stykker kylling klasket ovenpå hinanden.
Prisen er dog ikke McDonalds priser. Det vidste vi godt, men det ville vi godt betale hvis vi havde fået valuta for pengene.
Når de får 1 stjerne, er det fordi man ikke kan give mindre og vi kommer aldrig på Hard Rock cafe i København mere.

I visited London Hard Rock Café for the 1st time and everyone was super lovely and welcoming, loved the experience.
However, I am gutted that about the quality of their Pinktober Stainless Steel XL Tumbler with Handle, because it leaks from the top of the lid thus being useless and a massive waist of money. Do NOT buy it!!

The website doesn't have an option to leave a review on the item so I'm leaving it here and I've also emailed them so I'll update this review once I get a reply.

UPDATE 19/12/24
I received an reply from their customer service within a week of sending it. They were super polite and warm they addressed the issue professionally and booked a call with me this week (ending Dec 22nd) to give me a refund for the tumbler and apologise for the inconvenience.
Again lovely staff and customer service hence why I bumped the rating by 2 stars.
I hope they change the design of the tumbler to seal properly because the looks of it is great and I would buy a new one as long as it seals.

Always have great service at a hard rock.
Yesterday we went to the one on Times Square in NYC. The wait was an hour which was absolutely fine when they said they will text us and we can come back I said if it’s ok to sit in the bar area as one of my children is autistic and it was too busy in the street (marathon weekend) and she said “say no more come with me” she got us a booth right in the corner of the restaurant and was fantastic with the kids. Made our experience so much more comfortable. Thanks!

This review is specifically for the Playa Del Carmen location on 5th Avenue. They are running a known scam!! The percentage of tip you enter gets doubled on their card machine. They pretend that their first machine doesn't work so they swap it and the server enters the amount themselves and they refuse to provide the copy of the receipt. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!

Phenomenal food and drink and excellent service always. Loud and tastefully selected music always a plus.

I have visited 12 locations across India, the UK and Europe - always feels like coming back home. Most recently Manchester.

Hoping to bump up those numbers in the coming year.

Skuffende oplevelse ift hvad vi har oplevet i New York og Hamborg - som var forrygende og derfor havde vi set frem til en dejlig burgeroplevelse.

Vi fik to cheeseburger og ro øl.

Tjeneren var ligegyldig og ikke interesseret i god kundeservice.
Maden var dårlig tilberedt og ringe kvalitet - Tør bolle, tør bøf og bløde pommes frites😤😡
Alligevel tog de sig god betaling 🤔

Great experience. So much to see and the food was good. Well worth a visit if you're in London.

Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip

Called in yesterday with a group of 6 people aged between 45 & 58, the guy behind the bar asked us for ID. Bearing in mind we had been in there eating and drinking for last 4 days ( we are here on holiday for 7 days) and never been asked , we never thought about it
One of the other bar staff said to us , is he being a **** again !
End of day we went elsewhere and spent $1100, and will do so elsewhere for next few days
At least the bar man got the nice easy shift he wanted 😀👍

Det så hyggeligt ud udefra og vi kom for at se fodboldkamp mellem Dk og Tyskland, som de havde sat storskærm op til. Vi bestilte to cheeseburger og to pizza, tre øl og et glas hvidvin. Efter en halv time kom de to cheeseburgere, men pizzaerne kom ikke. Efter endnu en halv time, så vi et personale komme løbende med to frysepizza ind i restauranten og efter endnu 20 min kom frysepizzaerne med med 4 stk skinke ovenpå. Vi smagte på pizzaerne og det var rent ud sagt forfærdeligt. Vi fik fat på ejeren og han lovede to burger i stedet. Efter yderligere to timer havde vi ikke fået burgerne. Efter gentagne gange at have sagt til personalet, at vi ikke havde fået vores burgere endnu, måtte vi hente fish and chips på café Willy overfor (rigtig lækkert).
Ekstra drikkevarer var næsten umuligt at bestille for personalet var så forvirret og havde ikke det mindste styr på hvem som gjorde hvad...og efter 15 min i baren for at prøve at købe øl der, måtte vi sætte os ned igen. Vi fik endelig bestilt to øl og de kom da også efter kan tid og da var det naboens bestilling, som vi så byttede med.
Senere ville jeg bestille en cola. Selvom jeg flere gange spurgte tjeneren hvornår min cola kommer, kom den aldrig. Så ville vi prøve at betale og gå da kampen var færdig. Vi fortalte at vi havde fået i alt 5 øl, 1 hvidvin, 2 burgere og ville betale for det. Tjeneren kunne kun se at vi havde fået to øl og ville derfor kun tage betaling for det, selvom vi sagde at vi havde fået mere. Til sidst betalte vi for de to øl og gik.
Jeg har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Det skal understreges at det var ved alle bordene at der ikke var styr på noget, folk sad i chok over forkerte serveringer.

Visited the hard Rock cafe in Edinburgh today the staff and atmosphere was amazing Jack and John delt with us and there service was excellent 5 stars each shall defo be back

Ok service. Burgeren var ok men ikke noget særligt. Tilgengæld er prisen i den høje ende.

På WC’et virkede den ene vandhane ikke og ej heller lufttørren.

Alt i alt et sted som lever lidt for meget på navnet og glemmer at gøre sig umage.

Carlos (from Venezuela) was an amazing host! I could see he was working hard with the rest of the patrons under his watch, but when he was at our table he was very attentive and we never felt rushed. He genuinely made our overall experience here so much better.
Now to the food. The portions were BIG! And they were really good quality. We felt bad for leaving the food we couldn’t eat (due to the portion size).
This experience surpassed my expectations for a ‘tourist trap’ in the centre of London. The staff ensured my daughter’s birthday celebrations were special and definitely a night we will remember. Thanks to all the staff at Hard Rock Cafe that read this review.

Sehr geehrte Kunden des Hardrock Restaurants, die Burger waren relativ teuer und daher waren die Erwartungen sehr hoch. Die Burgis waren jedoch nicht sättigend, also kleiner als erwartet. Der Geschmack war solide, jedoch spürte ich kein leckeres Aroma in den sensiblen Zonen meines Mundbereiches.
Die Pommes waren nichts besonderes, aber man konnte sich auch nicht beschweren. Insgesamt gefällt mir die Einrichtung des Hard Rock Restaurants. Das Essen bekommt von mir eine 4/10. Trotzdem danke ich dem Personal für eine gute Bedienung.

We went to HRC Hamburg today, with my wife and our 2 children. Amazing experience! We would like to thank Nicu and Ola for the warm welcoming and hospitality! See you next time!

We visited Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester on for my daughters hen party. We also had two members of the group who were celebrating birthdays. I wanted leave balloons for both the bride to be and for the birthdays and the staff could not have been any more helpful and obliging, being very careful not give the surprise of the balloons away. The service we got was outstanding. The staff made sure that all requirements were met and every member of the party thoroughly enjoyed their food. Many thanks to Stephen for looking after us on the night and to all the staff for making the occasion truly memorable for both my daughter and the birthday girls. We will definitely visit there again.

We were welcomed in and although there were a lot of staff we didn’t have good service. We gave the order for drinks and food and the food come first which was very disappointing. In fact we all said we would have drunk more if they had served us quicker, the staff were lovely just not coordinated which was a shame as it spoilt our experience.
