Hard Rock Avis 84

Dopo diversi anni , ieri sera sono tornata a cena.
Calcolando che in ogni posto che visito ceno sempre all’Hard Rock e mangio sempre bene, ieri a Roma dopo diversi anni ho mangiato malissimo.
Sono stata male di stomaco.
La Nachos anni fa erano le più buone di Roma ora, immangiabili.
Hamburger pessimi, duri e di un sapore e odore sgradevole, per non parlare delle Wings ( quelle a forma di polpetta).
Il conto eccessivo per la qualità del cibo.
L’unica cosa discreta le patatine formaggio e bacon e la simpatia della cameriera.
Peccato. Avete perso tanto.

Hard rock cafe Piccadilly Circus what an evening we had from the moment we walked in lovely people food was great, especially thank you to our server Marcus thank you for being so kind to my wife, not to mention Ed duty manager & yes … I tipped well deserved thank you 👍

On arrival at the place you are greeted with a server at the door outside like it’s a night club standing on top of the stairs like “your not in yet your not worthy “ once past that warm greeting your sat down and order drinks with a server who doesn’t know (not exactly there fault ) if your on a voucher or just a walk in ( even though on voucher you MUST book online putting relevant codes etc front door bouncer information 🧐 maybe) now server asking for voucher writes down code goes off comes back with another server who verifies then takes away your original menu that you were going to have starters off because voucher was main/dessert ! Reorder the two drinks because of the trauma of “vouchergate “ server has forgotten ! drinks come 🍺 🍷 put food order in simple stuff burger and Mac n cheese ! Not great but free meal for me (not family who bought the voucher ) after that we had enough ! Decided against the dessert (maybe bad idea seen as it was chocolate brownie my fav) such a shame !! Also spoons toilets ( walking boots needed and jacket stairwells are Baltic )

We went to the hardrock cafe in London. I never experienced such a thing!!!! As I thought that people in London where friendly!!! When we got inside, the staff ignored us basically. And they saw us but didn't want to help us. It was clear that we where not wanted. We wanted to eat something. Eventually, after standing more then 15 minutes, and the situation became more unfriendly, I wanted to leave but the person I was with didn't... after a discussion....we where taken to our seats. Then we where treated suddenly as if we were VIP's? The food was great but the staff was soooo weird!!!! I found out that there was a basement full with tables and chairs, completely empty? And they pretended as if it was full!!! I did like the vault where you could see guitars from famous musicians. But overall I will never go to such cafés again. The way they looked at us..... Ignored us at first, that is something that I will never forget...

Very poor, I have visited Hard Rock Cafe in London, Rome, Manchester & Barcelona. ALL are better than Tenerife. Poor drinks, rubbish food, EXTREMELY loud music (accepting its Hard Rock), sparse exhibits. Waited ages to be served. Dont bother, you WILL be disappointed

Recently visited Hard Rock Cafe in Tenerife. The staff were quite rude unfortunately and that left a bad taste in our mouths. The food. Well the chicken was under cooked. My girlfriends chicken was not cooked all the way through and has led to food poisoning early this morning. Overall we were not impressed in the slightest. It was over priced for the quality. Staff very rude and in your face. Overall I would have had more fun eating broken glass. I definitely DO NOT recommend

On the list of hard rock cafes was nice French Riviera so, I decided to have a holiday there whilst visiting this cafe, Only to find it was permanently closed down.
This was not the info given on the website and head office couldn’t care less about the false information given on they’re own website. Total let down and changing my opinion on the whole company

Aldrig mere den forretning,bestilte en af deres burger den var nærmest uspiselig den flød i blod men til gengæld kostede den kun 198.00kr (ironi kan forekomme) så mig ser de ikke igen.🤮

Der Service ist aufmerksam u freundlich.
Der Cheeseburger war leider sehr fettig u versalzen u schmeckte ohne die Beilagen sehr nüchtern.
Der BBQ Burger war gut.
Zu teuer für diese Qualität

Havde reserveret bord d.15/9-23 til 10 personer kl.19,30. Ved bestillingen gjorde vi opmærksom på, at vi ville mødes i baren kl.19,00 til en drink.
Ved ankomst blev vi henvist til pladsen for enden af baren hvilket var helt fint.
Pludselig står en ansat og siger, at der må vi ikke stå og henviser til pladserne udenfor på Rådhuspladsen. Argument for dette var, at de havde travlt (hvor ?) Vi fortrak til de henviste pladser med den fornemmelse af, at vi var lidt uønsket.
Brugte da ca. 5000,00kr hos dem og dette var da også de sidste penge de fik fra mig.

Det var en meget dårlig oplevelse maden var dårlig og cola var vand med lidt smag 😠😠😡i får kun en stjerne og anbefalinger ikke jer til andre

Vi var 3 til burger. Jeg sikrede mig at vege-burgeren (Mountain), at den ikke blev stegt på samme plade eller grill som kødburgeren. Jeg fik et overraskende svar, at de havde en særskilt plade til det. Men da jeg fik vegebrugeren smagte den ved flere tilfælde af bacon.

Så det er en advarsel til vegetarer, jøder og muslimer, der ikke ønsker grise-smag på vegeburgeren, såfremt jeg har ret i, at vege-burgeren var stegt samme sted som bacon eller der var anvendt samme køkkenredskaber. (Det kunne jo være at der var anvendt et vege-baconkrydderi istedet for, for så har jeg uret.)

Resten var ellers udemærket målt på venlighed, plads, lyd og stedet. De andre 2 gæster var fuldt tilfredse, så jeg måtte høre på det flere gange senere på dagen!

I relation til sted, indretning var det ellers prisen værd.

The 5 stars is ONLY to the HRC in Valencia...
I have visited Hard Rock cafés in Copenhagen, Hamburg, Barcelona and Valencia and other places.... And all played the same ridicoulous music, that have nothing to do with even rock. Bad. Very bad. But Valencia was different. 😀😀😀😀😀Real rock all the time we were there. My husband appreciated you playing Korn bc he wore a Korn t shirt😘, 5 stars from us. Keep that up, and to the other cafés. Get a grip and live up to your name.

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse - en Messi burger (kylling) som var fuldstændig uspiselig! Panering var stegt helt sort. Vi måtte dog betale fuld pris - kommer aldrig igen!

Det var en fantastisk oplevelse jeg havde i Barcelona. De var alle super søde og det var son et museum i sig selv.
Vil 10/10 anbefale.

Stayed at hardrock Orlando it was amazing had a great time! One down side is that is was quite busy.

Don't get me wrong, we are fans of Hard Rock Café, and we've been regulars at the Antwerp HRC for years. Last autum, the HRC in Athens blew our mind, excelent burgers.
In the last year, our experiences with the one in our home town Antwerp, were not satisfactory to say the least. Today again, the chef did not manage to deliver the burgers as asked. We've had that experience several times before. This time, when asked how we wanted our burgers done,we asked beforehand whether the paddies were fresh or frozen, because frozen burgers cannot be cooked medium properly. We like our burgers medium to medium-rare (if they are fresh). Service asked the Kitchen, and got confirmation that the burgers were fresh. We told service that she should inform the chef that we would rather not be disapointed and if he could not deliver a medium done burger he should let us know. We were ensured medium was an option. So we ordered two medium burgers. One burger was delivered well done, the other was way past wel done, dry and bland because of it. I have before comunicated to the managers that this chef is not delivering as can be expected, apologies and a free meal voucher and a "try again" were the result then ... If HRC-Antwerp wants to survive, management should fire the chef and hire someone who can deliver, flipping burgers is a trade, not an art ... a chef at HRC should be on top of that, or be shown the way out. We can no longer recomend HC Antwerp for a tasty burger at this time.
