I went to the one in Orlando and it was so fun. The food is expensive but is real good, the selection is real good too. The memorabilia is what keeps us coming back, plus the food and the merch. I hope to hit another Hard Rock down in Miami.

We took our grandsons for dinner at the Hard Rock Cade in Manchester on Friday evening, hoping they would enjoy an American restaurant as we were in Manchester for a few days for a few days. Sadly, we had a terrible time and the experience was truly awful. My Old Fashion had nothing apart from Whisky in it, as soon as we ordered our drinks, although they did change it with a more reasonable Old Fashion. My grandson’s children’s meal hotdog was fried and oil poured out of it even though the consistency was a frankfurter. He’s 6 years old and could only eat the French fries. And to add insult to injury my husband’s blue cheese and beef salad had no blue cheese vinaigrette, and no blue cheese within the salad. They did try to rectify it by bringing out blue cheese straight from the fridge but my husband couldn’t eat it as it was too cold and the vinaigrette simply wasn’t blue cheese either.
This was sadly one of the worse experiences we have had and certainly the number of issues really did make the experience disappointing and expensive. Although they did discount my husbands meal. Luckily, the night before was lovely and we enjoyed a lovely meal at an Italian restaurant for the sale price.
I wouldn’t therefore not recommend the Manchester Hard Rock Cafe.

Visited on 17/02/2023 - Leicester Square - Awful
Entered the store area to be greeted by Nina and informed her that my wife, my 9 year old son & I would like to have a drink or two in the bar between our extensive shopping trip in the area. We were carrying quite a few bags and wanted to enjoy the Hard Rock experience. We were told that the bar was full and asked if we would like to wander around the store area for 10 minutes until space became available. We said that was fine and were happy to go around the store and in fairness we would more than likely of made purchases until space at the bar became available. My 9 year old son then said that he needed to use the toilet and we asked where this was. Nina told us it was downstairs so we went to make our way down so that he could use the toilet. As we started to ascend Nina shouted after us to stop as the toilets were for customer use only. We were most offended as we had already stated our intentions to use the bar and agreed to use the store until the bar was available. So I am of the honestly held belief that we were in fact customers. We were told that we must come back upstairs as soon as he had been to the loo. How humiliating that she felt the need to speak to grown adults like this and to try and stop a 9 year old using a toilet. We stood at the bottom of the stairs whilst he went to the loo. We then spoke to a female manager and she simply told us that this was not what she expected and that she would speak to Nina. Our son left and we stressed to the staff that this was not the experience we expected and we left the store. We understand that you as a large branded company have an expectation that people will naturally visit your premises and that you maybe can afford to be rude to customers.

We visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Glasgow for my daughters birthday meal. The music was very loud and we could hardly hear each other or the server due to this. The meals we ordered (all burgers) took around 45 minutes to arrive at the table. Given that it wasn't very busy that evening I'm not sure why it took so long?
The food was very nice, no complaints there. We were going to have a dessert but decided not to as we didn't want to spend all night in there.
I'm not sure if we would return to be honest as the waiting time is excessive for that type of food.

You should try gasoline grill in Copenhagen.

Absolutely disgusting treatment towards a group of 16 & 17 year olds booked in for a birthday meal in Manchester. Kicked out for not having id. They didn’t try to order drinks, just food.
Horrendous way to treat 7 young girls.

Terrible service!! compared to other friendly less expensive restaurants in New Orleans ... this is the worse !!!!

Hard Rock Cafe, French Quarter, New Orleans. Absolutely dreadful, food abysmal, service so slow, can’t make a margarita for toffee. Give it a wiiiiiiide berth.

So let me tell you our story:
7.7 22 I received a call from a girl in Göteborg. She was visiting the Hard Rock Cafe in Göteborg, and wanted to buy a sweater. She only had cash and no credit card. You can not pay with cash in Sweden. So we went to the website. Choose Göteborg, as suggested. And saw that we could buy a gift card. So we did… or we tried to at least.
The purchase was rejected with following message: “your order has not been processed during the following error(s):
System Error.
We cannot process your order this time. Please contact customer support for additional help ( TF-567).”
We tried 3 times with some changes in the text below, but every time the same error message.
No order confirmation. No gift card. But suddenly our bank contacted us. That we have purchased something of 50$ - 3 times in a row…. for the Hard rock Cafe. That means 150 §.
I called Göteborg. He was very understanding. Though he could not help us. He was just confused because the gift cards cannot be used in Europe and therefore they should not be available for purchase at all. So we needed to make the call overseas to customer care. At first we had a conversation with a nice lady. There were some communication-difficulties. So she passed us on to her co-worker Mike. He assured us to get everything into order again asap. I sent an email, as agreed, with all screenshots, and also the payment from our bank.
I received an auto replay, that they ..”will review the details of our request during the next 48 hours”..
On 11.07 22 I wrote a reminder. Asked them to answer. At least give us something.
But no answer. No respond. Nothing.
Today we have the 19.07. 22 - and still nothing. The money is still not back and available in our bank account. And you clearly do not give much about your customers.
Is that your way of making money? Scamming people, and ignoring them for the rest?
You should be ashamed.

Questo vincente connubio mi ha proiettato nell'Hard Rock Café di Roma.
Il personale che mi ha servito era attento, educato e sempre disponibile.
Qualità del cibo: buona; le pietanze sono arrivate al tavolo calde e nei tempi giusti.
Uno scrupoloso Manager mi ha fatto visita per accertarsi che tutto funzionasse alla perfezione, mi sono sentito veramente coccolato.
Concludo plaudendo il personale: Felicito e Giorgia che, oltre ad incarnare lo spirito giusto di questo tempio del cibo e del rock, hanno saputo trasmettermi fiducia, allegria e una buona dose di leggerezza.

Jeg synes ikke at det er ok at de ansatte skal lægge deres drikkepenge, og tilmed have penge op af lommen for at dække en kasse som ikke stemmer. Hard rock er en stor multinational virksomhed, så det burde ikke være en nødvendighed. Og kan det virkelig være rigtigt at de ansatte ikke må have komfortabelt tøj på nu hvor det er så ulideligt varmt her til sommer.

Brugte mine 2 værdibeviser...1x original burger 1x bbq ..da burgerne kom var burgerbolle kold!! Bad om at få en varm bolle da jeg aldrig har oplevet man serverer kold burgerbolle ?da de 2 burgere kom tilbage var hele burgeren lunken ..trist at opleve i Hard Rock Caf'e at maden er lavet så utrolig dårlig..ingen stolthed i de burgere..kolde pommes frites ??
Det eneste der var godt var det venlige personale..& Leffe ... ærgerligt at deres standard er faldet så meget...😏😏

Ualmindelig dårlig mad. Tør bolle, tør bøf og bløde pommes frites. Får en stjerne for den gode betjening.

Very disappointed with the Oxford Circus restaurant/shop. Menu was dirty and needed replacing. Had to wait in excess 15 minutes for my strawberry milkshake to arrive. Menu is mainly burgers but there were one or two other items available. Ribs are overpriced for what actually turns up on the plate (saw another diner looked deflated when served).....so I opted gor the salmon which was superb. In general overpriced food quality poor....paying for the name...wouldn't go again. Was unable to tip because of the long wait for my milkshake.

Bottomless brunch London Oxford Street. Very good food, non stop refills of decent wine. Half the price with a wowcher voucher - well worth it. Our host was excellent
