The two ambulance staff Mark and Georgian were wonderful amazing caring people. They brought my husband and and were very efficient in getting him in the house. We are very grateful for they service.

Mark and Georgina were absolutely fantastic with my aunt. They were so kind, patient and explained everything to her. It wasn’t easy for them I’m sure as she is heavy and her flat is not easy to access which she hasn’t left it for three years and was so nervous about going to hospital. It was getting late -around midnight- for the return journey. They seemed a brilliant partnership. I am Maureen’s niece and more than happy to give this review snd send my thanks again and Maureen was very grateful.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience getting to my destination. [HAZEL ] was incredibly punctual - they arrived a few minutes early and even called me to let me know they were nearby, which really helped me plan my time.
The transport was spotlessly clean, with comfortable seats and a smooth, safe drive. They were also a pleasure to chat with - friendly, respectful, and great at reading when I wanted to have a conversation or just relax quietly. Navigation was seamless, and we arrived exactly on time without any unnecessary delays.
I felt completely safe throughout the journey, and they even helped me with my son’s buggy when we got to my stop. Would absolutely book another ride with them anytime and highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable, courteous transport.

My driver yesterday was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a trouble he had a wonderful sense of humour and made his passengers very welcome.
A very smooth ride.
His name was Mizaur and took me from Thornton Heath to Queen Marys Hospital

Booked through patient transport to go to Kings hospital and had booking references for both the outbound and homeward journeys. After my appt went to patient transport only to be told that they didn’t have me booked in for the journey. Gave them the reference no and was told nothing to do with them and told to ring patient transport booking. Phoned the number I booked with and the lady at the patient transport desk I’d just spoken to answered. She looked at me and said I’ve told you I can’t help you and sent me back to the department I’d had my appointment with as it was nothing to do with her. It took an hour of phoning by the department to get patient transport to accept they had me as a patient to go home. Meantime I had run out of oxygen.
Thought this might be a one off issue, but have since had another appt where the transport turned up an hour before my appt which is a two hour trip. No apologies for the fact I might be delaying getting to my appt. I phone the hospital to let them know I was running late due to patient transport, they wanted to know how much longer I’d be. I had to interrupt the second crew member from his personal call to find out and he replied I know what time your appt is and your late and will be over an hour late. The second crew person spent the whole time on his phone chatting to his friends and then dropped me outside the hospital to make my own way to the dept. For the journey home, I have been here over 4 hours so far and still no sign of transport arriving to take me home. Continually being told it will be another 20 mins. Again oxygen had run out, was given a cylinder to use which has almost run out as well.

Was supported by the HATS team in their Chelsea and Westminster hospital. Their team lead Hina was really good in keeping tabs regarding updates. As we were supported with the SGH team but the ETA was later in the day. The team immediately supported us with a transport and was able to arrive back to the hospital in time for medication rounds.

Amazing team. Really very grateful for the compassion and respect shown to my elderly mum. Wasn't easy getting mum up and very narrow staircase but they worked together to do so gently. Couldn't be more grateful for these lovely people.

My son Seth is at Abbey Court School and travels with Hats transport. I would like to thank the staff on the bus for all they do for my son . Through their commitment and dedication, they have helped my son now know how to wheel and independently move about on his wheelchair. Thank you so much.

Absolutely outstanding service by Neil Campbell who escorted me from home to the Queen Mary’s Hospital. He called me prior to pick up to let me know he was 5 mins away. He was charming, polite and extremely professional. He also possesses great driving skills. We picked up two other patients on route. We all enjoyed warm conversations and everyone was extremely happy including me. Neil is an asset to the team and should be recognised for his service.

Driver William Abbey was So Lovely and helpful,after my daughter was discharged, I was overwhelmed and struggling trying to push her wheelchair,our suitcase and carry other bits off the ward , he came and met us and took over whilst being so polite and reassuring which really put me and my daughter at ease . Couldn't be more Greatful ,such a lovely man who's clearly very passionate about his job and making sure everyone in his care is well looked after . Thank you

Today I had transport to take me to great Ormand Street Hospital for an appointment. The person taking me today, his name is William Abbey. Apologies if surname spelt incorrectly. His is an amazing person, really thinks out of the box and goes all way out to make your feel comfortable and safe. Checked on us from the beginning of the journey to end making sure we were OK. Escorted me and daughter to even crossed the road with us making sure we are safe. So far I have not had that kind of service before.
