My cat is already 16 years old, I'm paying insurance since she was a kitten.Recently she got mobility problems, I'm claiming insurance to pay for her monthly injections, healthy pets doubled my monthly payment!! My monthly payment for insurance is over £60!!! I believe next year it's gonna be more than £100.... already spoken to them,just wasted my time, they also deduct 20%from every single claim,so no chance to get the whole refund,thinking about cancelling it

Definately NOT 5* We paid For insurance…
Definately NOT 5* We paid For insurance on our dog for 9years increased every year NEVER made a claim but when our dog died suddenly Healthy pet took the rest of the premuims Totally unethical paying for a loved one after its passed

Opening the policy was straightforward and details emailed through immediately premium competitive
Other than that I cannot comment Hopefully I will never have to claim but if I did then I trust they would be equally as efficient.

Couldn’t have been better
Hadn’t heard of this company before and worried I may regret going for one of the cheaper options rather than a well known brand. Our cat got extremely sick and had to undergo various tests and scans and had lots of treatment and amazingly recovered after being on deaths door. Healthy Pets were amazing. All claims were made quickly and without any push back. Really pleasantly surprised and gave us one less thing to worry about during a very stressful time. Thank you!

The customer service person was great, however it’s a bit frustrating that you have to revert to new insurance every year to get the best deal.
