Really pleased with what this insurance offers. I can’t say how good they are with paying out as I haven’t needed to make a claim yet as haven’t had this insurance long. But as I say really pleased with the monthly cost and what is promised.

Premium and excess not too high
All good. Received documents on day the insurance was purchased. Impressed by fact that you only pay excess not with a percentage of cost on top. Premiums good for life care insurance.

Took a little while to sort out pet…
Took a little while to sort out pet insurance and get the price quoted but got there in the end and thank fully haven’t had to make any claims. The lady who dealt with me on the phone was helpful

We wanted to set up a policy for a dog, accidentally the policy limit we selected was incorrect. Their process is that we need to cancel the policy and set up a new one...... Seems bonkers. We'll go to another provider now
