Always bought Hunter & Grey cocktails. Never had a delivery problem. Taste excellent and 200ml as opposed to Edmunds 100ml. Gin bramble and porn star martini and margarita absolutely lovely

Hi, unfortunately we did not charge you. We do not control the subscription element on our website and this was out of our control. We cancelled it as soon as you let us know and have refunded which does take a few days through the system.
Very disappointing
Non existent customer service. After contacting 5 times - 3 emails and 2 phone calls - have still never heard back. Order arrived late, missing the expected date, and rendering it useless for Christmas as I had already left the country and therefore couldn't take the items with me for presents. They finally turned up to an empty house with no way of diverting the 'tracked' delivery. A lot of money spent and wasted.

Very good cocktails. We've had these before and they're becoming a Christmas staple for us. Our favourites are Garden of Eden (was Quarantini) and Lychee Martini.

Still waiting for contact from customer…
Still waiting for contact from customer service - order never arrived and have messaged repeatedly as have notonthehighstreet customer service. The birthday I ordered them for is tomorrow and I ordered 2 weeks ago - was promised delivery on the 1.12.23 and here I am out of pocket and no cocktails. Not a happy customer AT ALL.

Hi, as mentioned on the email reply to you, this order was sent out in full. Your picture to us showed it had been damaged and repackaged by FedEx which is out of our control unfortunately and we have agreed to send you the full order again next week.
I received a tracking number 5 days…
I received a tracking number 5 days ago, but the parcel was never collected by the carrier and I have not received any further updates from Hunter and Grey nor a response to my email.Very disappointed. Hoping they will sort it out soon and I eventually receive my order.
Update- received the order 6/12/23- and cocktails were delicious.

Had order 4 weeks ago no delivery
**Update well must say we have received the bottles & full refund so credit to H&G for doing what they said they would do**
Had order 4 weeks ago no delivery, non existent customer service, finally received email to apologise and said we will revived with 3 days with 25% discount, guess what still no bottles, then requested refund they then promised that this would be processed first thing Monday morning & you guessed it did not receive.
Ordered these for upcoming birthdays but they have been & gone.
Now have to commence debt recovery :(

Was lost with our courier company. As you paid with card, refunds are not instant as per any merchant and take a couple of days to show back on your card. As mentioned in our email, we have also resent the items
As a gesture of good will for the issue.

Never received order, sent emails asking for updates on order but never got a response 😡 would not recommend. Not a happy customer.

As mentioned to you and your husband In his separate review, we did re-send this out to you which has been delivered as a gesture of good will after refunding fully to you. Non Existent Customer Service
We were sent the wrong order which was nothing like what we paid for. We emailed twice and had no reply. No one answers the phone and the voicemail box is permanently full! Our money has been taken for products that have not been delivered and it is impossible to contact the seller.

Hi Rob, I have spoken with the team and have been told that there was a mix up with the glasses sent to you and the new glasses have been sent and delivered to you.
Very Disappointing
Ordered from this company through Not on the High St. Did not arrive as promised and the tracking number was not recognised. Contacted company twice by email. No response. Tried to phone. No live communication and recording stated that voice mail was full!
I contacted PayPal and was refunded within 12 hours. That is Good customer service.
My recommendation. Steer clear!

My order arrived almost 2 weeks after I…
My order arrived almost 2 weeks after I ordered it. The telephone number on their website is not manned by anyone so unfortunately all you have the option to do is leave a message. I sent an email asking about my order to which no one responded. And then when my order did finally arrive, one of the 500ml big bottles was sent in a different aesthetic bottle to all the other 3 I had ordered.
A little bit of a shambles the whole thing really

Order not received
I placed an order on the 12th May and have yet to receive my cocktails. I have tried calling on numerous occasions but their phone number seems to be non-existent. I have emailed on the 30th May to ask them to send my order but have had nothing back. If they cannot fulfil my order then I at least want my money back. I do not recommend order from this company as they seem don’t seem to be in business.
