Hunter & Grey Cocktails Avis 

As per many of the reviews on here, order placed, no goods received. Tracking information tells you nothing. Company doesn’t respond to communication. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Wish I'd read the reviews. Ordered on 28th November and still no order. Fed Ex just says pending. Three emails to them and Facebook message and no reply to any of them. Shocking customer service and no products to show for it. Avoid!!!!

Shocking, no delivery16 days after order. Telephone number not in service. Fobbed off with promises to resend orders when I can see it hasn't even left them. AVOID !!!!

I ordered on 28th November as a gift for my team at work. I was going to give them out at a party on 10th December but still not arrived even though delivery is stated as 3-4 working days! I emailed on 5th December and was told I would get a response in 1-2 days but nothing after 4 days

I have emailed again and got an automatic response saying a bottle delivery was late however this was not the case when I first emailed! I now have to go to the party empty handed!

Your product gets great reviews but the poor service means I won't be back however good the product is (if it ever arrives!)

When my order arrived I was disappointed to find that a part of it was missing. Within 24 hours of me contacting the company I received an apology by email and the missing bottle was despatched promptly. Good customer service.

Still awaiting delivery from fedex they are rubbish they have cancelled twice now expect me to confirm delivery for tomorrow but I can’t because they site not working this is not the first time I have had bad service with them

Ordering easy respond well to emails delivery very slow day 3/4 days nearer 7/10

I still have not recieved my order and the welcome discount code email never arrived despite several attempts.

It’s the first time we have bought your products and they are very nice indeed.

I placed an order over 12 days ago. It states that deliveries 3 to 4 days. I have sent four emails had no response as to where my delivery is. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I haven’t received my order despite the website saying 3-4 working days. Contacted them by email but no reply. Bad customer service.

Order placed over a week ago, no information received in this time regarding delivery, online chat only available and states awaiting order fulfilment. Online contact form not replied to and no way to contact otherwise. They have taken the money for the order already! Used before with no problems but lack of communication is frustrating

I sent this as an anniversary gift to my son and daughter-in-law.

They were very pleased with it

Great packaging but no notification of when it was being delivered, found it had arrived by accident when I opened front door to go out.

I made an order with Hunter and Grey cocktails in July, there was no tracking history and I never received my order. I sent and email and they said that they would re-send and that it would arrive the next day...but it never arrived! I then sent further emails to which I received no reply. I then gave up (I know I should have pursued this, but I couldn't be bothered!) I then stupidly thought that if I ordered the same item through a different company that I would actually receive my item. But guess what the same thing has happened again! I ordered over a week ago and there has been no update information other than that it was supposed to have been dispatched on the 4th Octobet. I have again sent an email through the company to Hunter and Grey.
I definitely will not be buying from them again.

It’s over a week and my order still hasn’t arrived, I’ve email asking if it’s on its way but no response to my email.
I now can’t even get onto the website to ‘track’ my order. So assuming it’ll never be received. Would not recommend buying anything from them!!!

Haven’t received it yet despite an email saying it was on its way several days ago and haven’t been able to track it either

Took three weeks to arrive.. Numerous chasers sent... Missed the deadline for the birthday party I wanted them for.. And came in a grey cardboard box.. For a special birthday, I would expect nicer packaging. Wouldn't use again.
