I bought suede's new album in basildon store which was £24:99 , didn't realise i was charged 28:99 until I got home? Don't know why, thinking it was deliberate overcharge.

The young lady in the Basildon store was very helpful when I asked about the DVD I wanted to buy. She advised it would take 5 working days to be delivered. It arrived a week later, even with the Easter holiday in between ordering and arrival.

HMV Basildon has moved to another store. To my mind, given the store much needed rejuvenation.

Very friendly and helpful man that served me over the counter at the tills very happy with the service I received and I find everything I was looking for but one thing which I ordered in store and got it delivered to my house so very happy

Visiting HMV Basildon.
When I visited the HMV store at Eastgate Basildon on 3/3/26, to pickup a dvd which I had pre ordered I was served by Shawn. He was very helpful and pleasant, as I find all of the staff in store. I will be visiting again in the future I am certain. Janet Hursey
