I have used HMV for quite awhile now. I like the delivery service, for Home delivery and delivery to the store. Long may you keep going, in these unsure times.

It's always a pleasure shopping in HMV Basildon. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I usually pop in from a browse, but always end up leaving with a record or two

Good service and good prices…
The assistant at the counter was very helpful, informative, efficient and also suggested that the film that wasn't in stock that's why I wanted could be sent to my home in Wales.. which I thought was a very good idea
