I bought suede's new album in basildon store which was £24:99 , didn't realise i was charged 28:99 until I got home? Don't know why, thinking it was deliberate overcharge.

The customer service in store was exellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Had a discussion on pop vinyl figures which I felt was nice and good customer service
The customer service in store was great. Very helpful and polite.
The item condition however was not as good. Boxes delivered in store was beaten (I was concerned this may happen on home delivery), and several of the pop vinyl boxes had obviously been damaged during transit causing worn edges to the box.
Disappointed as it arrived damaged. Only ordered as I was concerned they may sell out in store

i love this store. The site is easy to work oot and buy from. As for your stores, what can i say? Pleasant helpful staff at my Basildon branch make shopping a pleasure. Very few stores give such service these days, so thank you.

Buying an album from HMV
Staff were very helpful in arranging my order, and subsequently updating me on its progress whenever I stopped by the store. When I finally got the album today the assistant was very efficient and friendly.

The shop in Basildon Essex is where I…
The shop in Basildon Essex is where I was helped be a lovely member of staff, she helped me order a present, and also helped me look in store for another item, I felt I was taking a lot of her time, however she said it's fine, she was happy to help. I enjoyed the face to face experience.
