I have used HMV for quite awhile now. I like the delivery service, for Home delivery and delivery to the store. Long may you keep going, in these unsure times.

The staff are always helpful at HMV…
The staff are always helpful at HMV Basildon. As Blu-rays were not in store. I ordered through the counter. Received notification via email of order, when dispatched and when in store , ready for pick up. All very helpful and easy.

Couldn't find the product I was looking for. So the staff member helped me to order it using the in-store ordering system.
Procured came within the week, extremely pleased and would most likely use the service again.

Lady at the counter was quite rude, explained to her that I'm trans and that my deadname is on my ID and she was very rude about it, thought this place was supposed to be LGBTQ+ friendly

I ordered CDs that were not in stock,they were delivered in a couple of days and I was notified by E Mail. Pleased with service.
