Great for ordering products to collect from store and helpful staff
I prefer to order what I can from HMV rather than using the likes of Amazon. Never had any issues with ordering to collect from the Liverpool store and the staff are always extremely helpful.

Reliable service.
The cd I wanted had been sold out. But I was able to purchase it via order and free delivery to the store, upon my request. I was emailed regulary with confirmation of purchase, dispatch, and the date cd had arrived in the store for my collection. Easy. Trustworthy. Helpful.

I can't remember the last time I purchased from HMV. I ordered the latest album from Michael Ball OBE (GLOW). I collected from HMV Liverpool, but beforehand I rang and spoke to Geoff (same as my name). The service received, follow up, security and HMV visit by Michael Ball OBE was excellent, I cannot fault the whole experience, well done HMV team! :) x

Just wanted a cd and there aren't many places that sell these anymore. So googled it and hmv came up and I thought that's an established name to trust so bought it. Would definitely buy bus them again.

Great customer service
Great customer service, order had to be posted. One of items was delayed but arrived in time stated. But knew I would be able to goto store if I had issues. All in all great service.
