Stray kids pop up "event"
Attended a pop up event with my daughter so she could get the new stray kids album this morning. HMV stated online line that the event would start at 10am. We arrived at 0925 and hung around near the KPOP section. 0 signage, 0 advertising of any kind. I asked if the event was still going ahead. I was told yes. They said, "well be selling the album and giving out freebies as first come.first serve." At 0947 a member of staff announced that they had sold out of the album! Then proceeded to wander about with a stack of poster for "pre orders only". All before 10am. My daughter and many many others have been left very disappointed due to what seems to be a massive lack of planning and communication. Very poor effort.

All the DVD'S from here actually work!! Had to find out the hard way that the majority of Amazon dvds do not fit Dvd player or only play in foreign language! Good old HMV!

Ordered from HMV Norwich. Staff were super helpful, even looking up track listing for the extra track.
Vinyl album arrived in store really well packaged and secure.

Excellent service - I had ordered 2 CDs and a BluRay film
I had ordered 2 CDs and a BluRay film. All were ready for me when I got to the store, and I picked them up without issue. They all play as I’d expect, and I’m a Happy Bunny!

Really good service HMV
This visit was to collect an LP at a forth attempt to acquire an ecceptable pressing. All my dealings with HMV staff during this prolonged process were fully professional on their part. I know very well that HMV act in good faith and can only sell the goods provided by the suppliers and that vynil quality is beyond the retailers control. So well done you guys and thanks for (finally) a super LP
