Would use again
I did a click and collect order and had no issues. Was kept updated and the item arrived to store quickly. Staff in the Stevenage branch were really friendly and helpful. Would use again

Great Service!
I ordered a CD online to be delivered to my local branch and it arrived just after a couple of days. I was sent a text when it arrived at the store. I was greeted by a nice happy person at the shop..... great service!

I was served by a delightful staff…
I was served by a delightful staff member Rosie. The future of retail stores such as book stores and Media stores; they all need cafes and toilets. Get people in and that makes them want to spend money; less of the over head noise.

I couldn't see what I was looking for…
I couldn't see what I was looking for in the store so asked a member of staff who checked availability and ordered the CD which arrived within a few days.

It's all about service!
Staff are very helpful, friendly and generally knowledgeable on product, if not they'll always find someone who is if you need help.
Also enthusiastic and always come across as enjoying their job and the service they give.
Nothing is too much trouble. I go specifically into the shop rather than ordering on line.

Delivery from entertainment store
The parcel was delivered by the post office between the times they gave.you were allso very good at letting me know when the parcel had been dispatched.
