The people I spoke to were really nice…
The people I spoke to were really nice and helpful. It takes me quite some time to process what people are asking or telling me but they were patient with me and helped me to finally receive my purchase. They were so kind, I hope they understand how much I appreciated there help.

Superb Customer Service.
Excellent price but that wa topped by the superb in store service I received. Ordering in store for the same price I'd get on the internet really is the way to go for me and I'll be doing it more often.

The best price for the item, even comparing with online prices, and delivered without charge to my local HMV in a reasonable time. The staff were professional on collection, too. Thanks!

I ordered a DVD boxset as birthday…
I ordered a DVD boxset as birthday present for my son online for collection at the Stevenage store. When i collected the DVD boxset the shop assistant (Craig) was very friendly and helpful.
