Telford Store is excellent
Friendly, helpful, and cheerful staff, and as what I was looking for had to be ordered, the order process was clearly explained to me, and what I was told would happen actually happened, I can find no fault with the staff, the store, or the way they handled my order. Really good

This was ordered as a present, so can't comment on how good it is. The price on HMV was competitive and it was convenient to pick up in store rather than home delivery.

Ordering online was easy and fast…
Ordering online was easy and fast delivery for click & collect! The issue I had was when I went to collect my orders from store the worker was rude once he knew it was a click & collect. I gave my name and how many items I’d ordered and the huff and puff all the way to the door wasn’t what I’d expected to receive.

I've never ordered anything from hmv…
I've never ordered anything from hmv before and this was my first time as I've always oonw to thw store to get what I need or have a look around .
I found it quite useful and the staff were helpful
I'll definitely do it again if I have to

Good experience all around
The experience went well from start to finish - ordering on the website was easy to do, HMV emailed promptly to let me know the item was ready to pickup, and the lady who helped me in store was very friendly and helpful.

As an old timer
As an old timer, it has been amazing to see new generations turning to vynal again. How I have missed the searching for records in your shop or in the many independent stores that are opening up.
But HMV gas been through hard times but you too are back in shops again an old timer like me. But I also love taking advantage of your online shopping and the many specials, exclusives and deals that you have bring a new dimension for me and my vynal collection. Keep up yhe good work, stay strong and do not dissappear again. I really enjoy your 21 releases.

Excellent Service
Was fantastic! I went in asking about an artist. The assistant found out all his available CDs and I was able to.pay and told the procedure that would happen, I'd be informed of when the item was available to collect in store. This was the case and I was able to collect from another very pleasant assistant on the day! Wonderful service and lovely helpful staff, that made my experience really enjoyable. Wouldn't hesitate in using HMV Telford again!
