I had a online order with the slipcover…
I had a online order with the slipcover that arrived damaged hmv sourced a new one from this store on arrival I waited in line then another lady joined the till I made some conversation in a funny polite manner and told her I've come to swap something soon as I take out the online order I've come to swap I get a " oh you only want to swap the cover? Well yes it's a collectors cover? Then after that just get a rude experience of no one else has said that bla bla.... won't return to this store

Did click and collect which was really easy and quickly delivered to store. Staff were really friendly when I went to collect.

HMV still has an amazing selection of CD's, DVD's, LP's some books, games and the staff are generally very helpful. Please don't close our high street stores!
