I needed to order of the items CD & clear vinyl Now & Then items by mail. Extremely quick deIvery - managed to get the blue vinyl edition from the Telford store. Staff very helpful & patient. Keep checking release.. Left me contact details thankfully

The staff were very friendly and helpful instore and my parcel was delivered to the shop in excellent time.Several emails were sent so I could trace my parcel daily.Great work HMV!

Everything was on time and correct shame I had to do the chasing when my order arrived in store along with the associated faff trying to find store phone number

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE TELFORD SHOPPING CENTRE HMV IS OUTSTANDING, WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM, MY SON WHO IS AUTISTIC GETS ALONG WITH ALL THE STAFFF MEMBERS, AND KNOWS THAT HE CAN GO THERE AS A SAFE PLACE. WE HAVE BEEN SHOPPING THERE FOR YEARS. WE WILL NOT GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE. I DO HAVE A SUGGESTION , MAYBE YOU CAN MOVE TO A BIGGER STORE SPACE , AND HAVE AN ARE WHERE YOU SIT AND LISTEN TO THE MUSIC THAT YU WISH TO PURCHASE , MAYBE HAVE TABLES AND CHAIRS AND A CAFE AND A CLUB WHERE PEOPLE CAN MEET AND MAKE FREINDS WHO LIKE THE SAME MUSIC , THIS WOULD BE IDEAL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, GETTING THE CROWDS IN AND OF COURSE A WAY OF MAKING PROFIT , I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU HAVE THIS SORT OF THING GOING BUT IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA, AND MAYBE HAVE MORE MERCHANDISE FOR ALL DIFFRENT GENRES OF MUSIC. MAY BE YOU COULD DO SPECIALITY DOUGHNUTS THAT LOOK LIKE LPS, WITH A RICE PAPER WAFER TO LOOK LIKE THE MIDDLE OF THE RECORD WHERE THE INFORMATION IS WRITTEN ON. IF YOU NEED ANYMORE IDEAS PLEASE RING ME ON 01952 872406 (MRS FIONA WRIGHT) AND HAVE TOILETS AVAILBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES,OPEN A HMV SUPER STORE. THERE IS A EMPTY UNIT WHERE THE MOTHERCARE USED TO BE, THIS WOULD BE BIG ENOUGH TO DO THIS WITH.AND MAYBE HAVE A STORE DOWN STAIRS AND A DIASBLED LIFT FITTED IN TO THE RESTURANT/DINER UPSTAIRS AND EACH BOOTH COULD HAVE A DIFFRENT MUSICAL EARA THEME, LIKE ONE BOOTH 1950'S ,60.70, 80, 90,00'S ECT.......,

When the item I ordered had arrived, the staff was kind and polite.

I think HMV is great, always has the stock I need I like collecting, vinyl records, funko pops and pokemon cards and HMV has it all so its perfect and free delivery over 20 pound which is great, I deducted a star and this really needs to be adjusted, stop putting barcode or any type of sticker on pokemon booster packs as these are collectable items and your destroying the packaging! Also happens on the funko pop boxes please atleast cover them first before placing stickers, hope I notice a change, thankyou Matt

Used Click and Collect at HMV for the first time and it worked out just as I hoped. Everything was done and dusted in 5 Minutes.
Will definitely shop there again
