I ordered a Charli xcx wuthering heights vinyl that said with every vinyl there is a free poster, I did not get a poster with my vinyl and am very disappointed!

I could order the CD I wanted and it arrived in the local HMV shop in good time. Staff were very helpful. HMV should maintain a presence on the main streets over the UK.

Excellent customer service
Staff member who helped me with my order/purchase was very efficient, cheerful and polite. The ordering process was quick, and the delivery was well within the advised time window. 10/10 👍

What made the experience great for me…
What made the experience great for me was firstly the young Lady at the Truro store that ordered my items for me,she was lovely and very helpful,2 of the 3items I ordered were very quick to arrive,just waiting for 3rd to arrive,a bit late but that wasn’t HMVs fault,I will definitely order again,keep up the good work HMV 😃

Good service and quick dispatch
The Lp was dispatched quickly and arrived in great protective packaging. Unfortunately HMV use Royal Mail and they are useless, took three days to ignore my delivery option

We came to Truro from Peterborough in…
We came to Truro from Peterborough in Cambridgeshire and were so pleased to find the hmv store as we don't have one any more. Staff were friendly and eager to help find our purchases, We visit Cornwall every year and will be returning to store for more music and DVD's. Thanks again.

Went in to HMV Truro 13.8.24 we were browsing and decided on 3 vinyls and a cd a total of £80 …My daughter mentioned she may be able to get a student discount… when my wife and daughter got to the counter and tried to use student discount they were met with an arrogant store manager who made my 17 year old daughter feel silly and embarrassed with his arrogant response that they don’t do student discount, at this my daughter came to find me in the store as I was looking for further purchases… I went to the counter to see what the confusion was and was met with the same arrogance… I said to my wife we should not by from this store due to the managers arrogance and attitude… the manager said fine and placed our choices on the counter at the back … I asked for his name he said Phil… then a nice assistant came over and asked if she could help and I explained we tried to use student discount she explained in a calm way that it was maybe online or an offer not available in store she was so much calmer than the actual manager … I don’t know whether the manager is struggling with stress or having a bad but surely this is not what you as a company are wanting to promote? Plus the loss of a sale and a bad shopping experience

Was able to order what they didn't have from the shop rather than o line as I always end up with dvds I can't watch due to regions .. I love hmv having an actual shop you can go and nose around rather than on screen

faulty DVD was replaces asap
your sales staff at the store where i purchased the DVD were very attentive and helpful, making sure that they sorted out the faulty goods for me as quickly as they could.
