I ordered a Charli xcx wuthering heights vinyl that said with every vinyl there is a free poster, I did not get a poster with my vinyl and am very disappointed!

I could order the CD I wanted and it arrived in the local HMV shop in good time. Staff were very helpful. HMV should maintain a presence on the main streets over the UK.

What made my experience great
What made my experience great; is the delivery was prompt (within 24 hrs.) The delivery person was polite and respectful to the property regarding the ongoing pandemic situation. I am already putting together another order online.

Excellent Service
Great choice of items available and on offer. Ease of browsing. Staff very friendly and approachable. At checkout asked if I had found everything I was looking for. When I said no, staff looked into availablity. Ordered there and then for goods to be delivered to nearest store when I returned home from holiday. Excellent service.

Excellent service
I was delighted to collect my copy of Jason Isbell's Weathervanes album from my local store on the day of its release.
The member of staff was friendly and helpful, and also provided information about the music playing in the shop when asked.
