Knowledgable and helpful staff
I went to my local store and spoke to a very knowledgable and helpful member of staff. I bought my new record player online as it was a bit unwieldy but I shall be back at the store for lots of music!

Amazing customer service
Being able to go into the store and ask for the item, and have it ordered if they didnt have it, that is great customer service.

HMV wigan store
Went in to the HMV wigan store to find a new Kpop album with my daughter, was met with Paul. I have to say, i don't think i have ever had a better service in any store, not just HMV. This guy couldn't be any more helpful. An absolute credit to the company. Althouth the item hadn't yet arrived in stock, he knew exactly what it was we wanted when i couldn't remember the name and explained how to keep an eye on stock and set up email alerts. Thanks for great experience Paul. You are doing a fantastic job! 😊

Great delivery service
Great delivery service! Pre- ordered a game with HMV which the game was meant to release on the 8th August and I received the game on the 7th August. In which the game was delivered before my friend who also pre- ordered the game from somewhere else.

I was told the T.Shirt was out of stock
I looked online and saw the T.Shirt I wanted. Rang the number and tried to make my order. The assistant said the T.shirt wasn't available. It was old stock. It wasn't in any of the HMV stores.
I then went online and ordered. Picked up the T.shirt at the local store.
